When I visit my parents or go out to lunch with my sisters, this is usually our go-​to place to eat. There is always plenty to choose from on the buffet, and the food is typically fresh. Although, before the lunch-​time or dinner-​time «rushes», the food tastes a bit stale, as if it’s been sitting too long. The waitresses are very polite and always bring us anything we need or provide us with refills when we need them. However, they tend to hover while we eat, especially when we have children with us. We go here to eat, not for the waitresses to play with the children. Overall, the food and services are generally good if you go at lunch or dinner-​time.

China Chef has a wide selection of delicious food on their buffet. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and has a good atmosphere. They also have the best crab rangoons in the valley!

Highly recommended. Not too busy so don’t expect the food trays to be overflowing which is a good thing. They keep the food fresh. Sushi not too good but overall worth the price. Only $ 8.95 for dinner buffet. Take out also available.

Good food clean restaurant friendly staff the only problems I have was no soup bowl or handicapped accessible restrooms. Awesome décor. I loved the crab ragoon and corn nuggets. I wouldn’t know the soup because no bowls.

For all you can eat Chinese this little place will satisfy your craving. The selection of food is good, although some of the food does not taste fresh aka white rice. The service is decent and overall a pretty good place.

Our visits to China Chef are always disappointing at best. Tonight was the worst. After being seated, we discovered there was practically NO food on the buffet. Seriously! NO FOOD! And they were still going to be open for another hour! A quick inventory revealed one crab leg, about three eggrolls, a like number of Rangoon, very little soup, two pieces of sushi, and perhaps six shrimp, if you dug thru the ice to reach them. And they were preparing to charge us the full buffet price until we objected.
I’m giving them one star, only because its impossible to give them zero.
