King Chef Restaurant

Decent Chinese take out for a decent price. Close enough that I can grab the food on my way home from work. Nothing spectacular, then again it is just take out.

Comparable to most chinese places no complaints on food or service everything was good! Cute little kids in the restaurants too!

I don’t know if they have tried or tasted their own food but I’ve had better TV dinners than this place! Don’t waste you’re time or $$$

It isn’t anything fancy, but with lunch specials for 4.75 and crab rangoon for 2.95 I decided to give it a shot. I went with the General Tao’s chicken.
The place looks filthy in the front but if you peer into the back it’s actually quite clean. The meal wasn’t the best Chinese food I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the worst, either. The only complaint I really had was that the vegetables in the fried rice were almost dehydrated or something. I picked them out and enjoyed the rest of the meal. It wasn’t fancy by any stretch but it was passable!

They cost a little more than the place near me… but They have free delivery… so I called them up ordered some food.
Was told I would have to wait 45 min for the food… so I went picked my food up… Small. this place is obviously mostly about take out… kind of seemed a little dirty… should have just walked away.
Here’s my take on what I ordered.
I liked the chicken on a stick… everything else kind of sucked.
Overcooked hard coconut chicken… how do you do that?
chicken fried rice… the worst I have ever had… don;t believe me… order some and see for yourself… it really sucks. it is like steamed rice with hard veggies and mystery chicken bits of pieces stuck in there… YUK!
shrimp with lobster sauce… OK…except for those hard peas.
I did like the fortune cookies…
