I know, it’s McDonald’s, what the heck was I thinking?
Normally, I wouldn’t go out of my way to do this, but my experience here was bad enough to warrant this.
I see over a dozen people working the kitchen, I know you have a lot of people going through drive-​thru, I know you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed as it’s Saturday during lunchtime. I also see my tray, with everything except my Big Mac on it. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes.
20 minutes? Seriously people? It takes 12 people 20 minutes to microwave a patty and put together 1 stinking Big Mac.
And all you can say is, «It’s not my fault»?
Yeah. Okay. No.
