My husband and I just bought a 2016 Passat and love it! Went in looking at the Golf wagon but it wasn’t big enough. Our salesperson helping us, Mike K, was amazing and suggested the Passat. We have a 1 year old so we need space. He was patient letting us put the car seat in and out and patient with our little girl!
Love this car! Great on gas mileage and nice features inside and out. Would buy another car from VW but most important only from Mike K! Great guy and super friendly! Thank you Mike

Just went to this dealership for the first time. I had to have some warranty work done on my Jetta. This was truly a great experience.
The service employees were great. I was kept informed on my car’s status and every employee I had contact with was professional and very helpful.

I don’t know where to begin. A few years ago I sold cars for another large organization and since then I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth about the car-​buying process, in general. I saw a 2015 GTI on the web page for Fuccillo VW of Sched and sent in an inquiry online about my trade… within minutes I received a warm and inviting email response from them who invited me to come in to get my vehicle appraised. This is a pretty normal thing, so I didn’t think anything of it. I went in to the dealership expecting to not even be able to purchase the car I wanted. I had a used car that I rolled negative equity into, and that I was underneath by a margin of about $ 10,000. I was introduced to the sales manager – who then introduced me to the business manager. From the get-​go, everyone was friendly, informative, and real. As someone who works in sales, I have a lot of respect for someone who is real and transparent. We sat down after my test drive and he basically asked where do you want to be. I told him, and we got there. No BS. No haggling. No aggressive approach from management. No games. I sent my credit app that night, came the next day after getting approved at a great interest rate on the loan, and got my car. They walked me through F&I, and they helped me get out the door quickly, while also being very thorough as to explain everything about the car.
The purchase of my 2015 GTI has been my first new car purchase, and will be a day I remember for the rest of my life. Everyone here made my buying experience at Fuccillo VW truly wonderful, and I would highly advise anyone considering purchasing a VW to do so at this store!

Fuccillo VW is by far the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. I instantly felt comfortable with their friendly demeanor and remained positive throughout the entire transaction. Everyone went above and beyond any expectation that I had and I am so incredibly appreciative for their hard work.

Extremely disappointed. I have had three cars from here (going back to when it was owned by Langan). I have been to the service department three times in a month to get the same problem fixed. I have never been charged a service fee in the past, and upon my last visit they charged me over $ 100 to turn a service light off. I will no longer bring my car to this establishment.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. First, for my trade-​in they offered me only half of what they told me they’d be able to sell it for. I wasn’t expecting to get the best value from a dealer, but this was pitiful. I negotiated it up a little bit, but was still unhappy to basically be paying them to take my car. They said their offer was low because of the incentives/​rebates they were giving me, but then those «incentives» aren’t really incentives if they’ll just be deducted from my trade-​in! I bit the bullet on that, though, and we came to an arrangement I was satisfied enough with. They pulled my credit, worked on negotiating an interest rate, and we filled out all the paperwork. They said I’d need to wait for the new car to be detailed because it had raindrop marks, so I waited. 3 hours and lots of forms later, they said the detailing was almost done, and that I should transfer my insurance plan, so I insured the new car– but wondered why it was taking 3 hours to wash a brand new car…
Just before closing time at 9 pm, they informed me that the interest rate would be much higher than what we agreed on. My credit isn’t perfect so I wasn’t expecting great rates, but I was not aware that they were still working on the financial arrangements. They already told me what rate they were able to get me. They said everything was done except cleaning out the car, and I thought I was waiting on that. We had already come to an agreement and signed the deal– why this sudden change? I understand the decision came from the bank and they did try to lower it for me, but why hadn’t they told me the rate was not finalized and might nearly double? They pulled a bait-​and-​switch on me, promising one rate to get me to agree on the sale, and then changing the terms at the last minute. I was furious that they were pulling this on me so late in the game, so I cancelled everything and walked out. I don’t appreciate being misled and lied to. I’m never going to this dishonest dealer again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We have bought two vehicles from Fuccillo VW, the first one was almost ten years ago, which we drove almost every day until last month whenever we came directly into buy another car. Our salesman this time around was a really pleasant and informed man. We now have done all our maintenance at Fuccillo as well for the past 10 years and certainly will continue steadily to service our car at Fuccillo VW. I recommend this dealership

Unbelievable!
We went in to lease a new Jetta for a business vehicle. They started at $ 429 a month with $ 4000 down and after three tries at getting us to sign they were at $ 219 a month with $ 1200 down… REALLY??? That in and of itself is a statement that, «We admit we are trying to ROB you!»
This was after we went for a test ride during which the salesman told us that he does not make money giving test rides so he hoped we were not wasting his time. These guys need some help removing their heads from their posterior or someone needs to seriously consider a new training manager!

Very happy with my experience with Fuccillo VW. Purchased a Jetta TDI in August 2013, got a great price on my trade-​in, and fair price on the new car as well. Typical sales pitch in the finance offer about extended warranties and what not, but not too pushy. Have brought my car in for all of its service work (over 40k miles in a year), and they have always been quick and the job done correctly. DSG transmission service price is the best in the area. Their service department also went to bat for me with a blown speaker outside of warranty, and replaced the splash guard underneath the car when it came loose after a service. Looking forward to the new facility being built, and to purchasing another vehicle in the future.

Unimpressed and irritated best describes every transaction at this dealership. The only positive was the finance manager. Super nice guy who was competent in his job.

We went on
seeking a good price for a Jetta and this dealership came back as the top hit. We tested a Jetta and the salesman wanted us to just take it for a drive without him but we really don’t know the area. So he came with us but wasn’t talkative and didn’t offer any info on the Jetta that we didn’t ask. We went back in a second time to discuss price because even though they were the best bid on truecar we wanted them to come down a bit more. No go so we are going to keep shopping. Darren Moore, the sales manager, is an impressive salesman. Wow. This is a convenient dealership in the Albany area so check it out if you want a VW. The setup inside confuses me and doesn’t feel very dealershipy. What’s up with the tables folks? But anyway, there are plenty of dealerships on Central Ave so go shop around.

Bad to do business with! They promised a $ 25 gift card just to test drive a VW and it still has not come and that was July. I actually purchased a VW from them and they rolled over $ 2500 to my new loan when it was supposed to be $ 1000. They robbed me of $ 1500. Now I know why the sales manager Chris Brewer, never went over the financial part of the loan. He skipped right over to the signature and to this date they still have not made the first payment as they said they were going to do with «sign and drive». If you decide to do business with them which I highly advise you not to, watch your credit score and bill from VW. Billy Fuccillo is a criminal/​drug dealer and that is how he conducts business.
I contacted them about this issue and they passed the buck. Until this problem is resolved, I will not back off on spreading the word NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Customer service in Service Department has taken a nosedive. After having my car for a week, no loaner cars available, I get my car back. Repairs required reprogramming of my car. Went to get gas on the weekend with less than a ¼ tank. Guess what? Cannot open gas tank. When they reprogrammed my car, security system no longer works AND my gas tank button opens the trunk. Ok people — you had my car for a week and didn’t think to do a quality check when done? More inconvenience caused, now have to go back first thing Monday morning.
