Woodfield Shopping Center Security

really good security service! Called the security because there was a car blocking in the middle of the parking lot, and they came in less than five mins!

Scene: Cold December Night
Location: Parking Lot of Woodfeild Mall
Scenario: Car Battery is dead
Yup imagine my dismay to be slowly freezing and thinking about how I would make it the 20 miles back to Chicago. That question was answered by Woodfeild Mall security who after a quick phone call came and worked tirelessly to jump my car. The two men spent at least 20 mins working on the car and were friendly about the entire process! Beyond being quick, friednly and helpful the service was also free! After many tries their battery pack wasn’t quite strong enough to fully charge the battery. But that didn’t stop them!
They helped me use jumper cables to finally start the car. Needlessly to say the next stop was to buy a new battery. But I am grateful to Woodfeild for having such an excellent service and the two men for working so tirelessly to help!

Came here recently, and my keys got locked in the car… boo. What I thought would be a quickstop into the mall, I was afraid would end up being a whole day event. I was fortunate enough that the Woodfield Security was making his rounds down the aisles, in our section. We were parked by Macy’s, and I was afraid I would’ve had to wait hours to flag down security, as this mall is humongous. I was also afraid that they wouldn’t offer a lock out service and tell me to call a tow truck company. Ryan, our handy dandy Woodfield security guard, helped us out. He was quick, efficient, and got my keys out under 20. They are pretty good at it, and train the staff, as he did say that they did about 3 lock outs a day.
