If I could give zero stars I would! It was trouble from the beginning the help line could never find my order using the order number they provided and sent me numerous emails telling me they didn’t understand my request and I was just sending in their spread sheet for my corporate gifts. That wasn’t a big deal I understand things happen and they probably hire holiday staff who don’t really know what they are doing. I figured it would me be fine but I was wrong. I order, paid for and confirmed for all of my client gifts to arrive on ¼/​2016. On the cards of each of my gifts I wrote a message about New Years, NOT xmas or any other holiday. A few days after placing the order I received an emailing saying almost all of my packages shipped to arrived 12/​24/​2015! I called the help line and the person questioned me saying «well are you sure no one will be at their office to receive these gifts». That’s not the point I paid for a ¼ arrival date, I confirmed that date my packages should not arrive any other date. She told me she would re route the packages back to the office so the ship out for the correct arrival date. I can only assume this did not happen as I am getting emails alerting of my packages arrivals. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I paid for and confirmed multiple times the arrival date of ¼/​2016 because I had read the reviews on this website and was fearful something would go wrong and it did! I am very unhappy and will be calling corporate office first thing after the holidays to request a refund.

Check the website first to get an idea of the gifts they carry. Lots of fruits, nuts, berries, fine chocolates, cheesecakes, pies and some entrees. If it’s holiday shopping your there for, try mornings and afternoons. Evenings are so busy it’s hard to get anyone to really help you with choices and making them at the counter just pisses off those waiting behind you. There are alot of items here that can be used for making a grande gift basket and you can pick up a great deal of items for a low cost if you shop, mindful.
