Very happy with the work done on my car. Edgar & Gerry were not only professional but soo nice and personable! When the part came in they worked with me to be flexible to MY schedule, and work was complete in less than 1 business day. They also dropped me off at work and brought the finished car to me! If I ever need any auto or body work again I would definitely come back :)

We just had our Toyota Corolla detailed for baby’s arrival just so car is clean and disinfected! The service is absolutely great! The young man is very friendly. The car looks great! It’s clean and pristine. We are getting our second car detailed as well because of the fast and friendly service! Definitely go to this place the price is decent too.

I tend to be particular with whom I leave my car’s care with. After life took over, I didn’t have the time nor the ability to tend to my car any longer. As time went on, well, it showed. My car was in bad shape. Paint was dulled out, clear coat deteriorating due to a defect (that the mfg wouldn’t cover). White splotches all over the car leaving it vulnerable to the seasons and just plain unpresentable.
I honestly debated if I should invest into a new car although it would’ve been some time before I’d even be capable of making a decision like that. A friend of mine pointed me towards Edgar’s shop, Elite Auto Factory, after seeing the condition the car was in.
My plan was to meet Edgar and then decide what to do afterwards. During our conversation I immediately had a great impression of the guy. I’ve met my fair share of «car shop owners/​representatives» and to put it simply, he doesn’t look at you like walking dollar signs. He genuinely cared for my situation and assured me that I came to the right place. He worked out a price with me that I couldn’t say no to so I took a chance and literally left my car in his hands that same night. Those that know me know that I rarely make an unplanned decision like I did that night.
He consistently sent me updates of my car’s progression which I’ve never had the luxury of before and within a weeks time the job was done. He and his team did it. MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW. This is no joke folks, he and his team did a phenomenal job plain and simple. I’m still having trouble believing that this is my car. Not only did they paint the panels needed they also corrected the aging color of my car. They detailed the car as well leaving EVERYTHING shining interior and exterior. This was no sub-​par job, their work clearly shows that they’re professionals at what they do. Honestly, the car looks like it was straight out of the factory.
Needless to say, I am no longer considering purchasing a new car. Edgar and his crew changed that. I’ve found my shop. This is what they do, it’s their passion, their craft and they’re damn good at it. If you can find a place that can beat Elite’s price, speed, quality and experience you’d be lying because I did my fair share of looking, believe me. This whole experience was nothing but positive. I was even compelled to come on Unilocal to write a review.
Well done, Elite Auto Factory. You have my business along with my support from this point on. TO THOSE READING THIS, if you are looking for a shop to paint/​fix your car, do yourself a favor and leave it in their hands. At the very least speak with the owner, Edgar, before you make a decision with any other shop. Believe me, I’m a tough customer and they knocked my expectations out of the park.

I work in The Lombard/​Glen Ellyn area and needed to get my 10 year old vehicle detailed. After reading the reviews I decided to to checkout Elite Auto Factory. I am really glad that I did! Great cleanup, Polish, Shampoo… the works and very reasonably priced. They even have a coupon on line that makes this a real value proposition! Not done yet. This outfit Picked Up My Car and delivered when done!
Talk about great service And Convenience-​this outfit is the way to go. Did I mention that my ride looks GREAT!

I took my custom 2001 Impala to have my interior rejuvenated and my exterior polished and ready for a car show. The owners were there and very attentive to my needs. I was impressed with how my car turned out. Owning a show car I am always cautious to who I take my car to, I have used other detailers and I ended up leaving with my vehicle scratched.
This shop knew the value of my car and really went above and beyond to get my exterior free of contaminants and shining like glass. I will definitely spread the word around.
Another thing to note is their prices, I was worried that the low prices they offer would mean low quality work, but on the contrary I got better results than when I went to a detailer that charged me $ 300+ and I only got my exterior done.
