If you’d like to spend $ 23 on a perfectly half-​assed «Ultimate» car was, this place is for you. You can expect dirty wheels, filthy windows, and a partially dried-​off car. People are nice, but outcome is a stinking turd pile. Don’t waste your time or money until new management turns the place around.

Terrible car wash! I paid for the ultimate… what a waste of money. Not only was the car not clean, the interior wasn’t clean either. I had to go home and clean the chrome, windows and the interior as well. Save your money, you will get the same wash from a gas station wash.

Nice staff — lousy wash. I have gone here a few times because it’s close to my house. Today I took my black car in, and when they gave it to me — it was still obviously dirty! They agreed to wash it again, but I had to go around, wait in the line again– then they paid more attention and it was clean, but the windows were all streaked. There are plenty of other car washes in the area which do a better job.

Not thrilled with this car wash. There are a million streaks all over my windows and I’m probably going to have to redo them when I get home. For the price that I paid, at the very least my car should be visibly clean. Time to find a new car wash.

The people that run the wash seem like nice people. No issues there. The wash itself just isn’t very good. The front of the car and the back is still dirty. Went there three times. Same deal. Must be old equipment or something.
If you need a car wash, I’d pass on this place.

We’ve gone here for several years, I have to say I’ve never really loved it but it’s the closest to our house, I’ll now drive to Fullers in Geneva. 2 bad washes in a row, one for my son, one for me. For my wash, I paid for their best wash, they made no effort to remove some oil, wouldn’t clean the door jams, door handles, ect and I left dirtier windows then I went there with. Really unmotivated crew, manager would rather argue than earn a tip for his people. In summary, it’s a great place to take your car as a sort of pre-​wash, after they wash it though, you need to go to a real carwash.

Second really bad experience in a row. After 2 other marginal experiences. Trend is definitely in the wrong direction. Got an ultimate car wash package. Vacuum– poor. Wiping inside of car down– didn’t happen. Inside windshield smudged. Tire shine– half way done. Pretty awful. It was 4pm today and I would have them redo it but they were closing. I am not generally a complainer but I will fight the temptation to re-​clean my car and will take it to the manager tomorrow to see how they handle it.

Wonderful car wash! Detailing was fantastic. They actually took their time to clean the interior and sucked all the junk out from that impossible spot between the drivers seat and console!!!

I have been taking my car here since it opened and have referred several people here over the years. Yesterday I took my car through and there wasn’t an attendant at the entrance so the young girl who was the cashier attempted to guide me through. My tire popped onto the track due to her poor guidance. I left the car wash and had a flat tire 10 minutes later. When I called to complain the manager, Domingo, was so rude and didn’t care at all. I had my 2 year old son in the car and if I wasn’t traveling on a side street I would have had to stop on the side of Randall road with my son. When I called back after Domingo said he was going to talk to the owner, he basically said oh well that girl is the owners daughter and it’s not her fault and that they do 200 cars a day so losing my business along with friends and colleagues wouldn’t matter to them. It’s sad to see this type of management and lack of care for the quality. I will never go back and support this business again.

For the money, I think this place does an outstanding job. They take their time on the inside and out. I come here quite often because of their quality and price. It’s more than a gas station wash and quite a bit less than a Turtle Wax or other premium car wash place.

they only got 3 stars because they’re under new management and I’ll give him another chance. their prices are a bit high and there equipment is a little outdated.

Really not a great job for the price. Didn’t get all the salt off the back liftgte of my Jeep. Similar quality to a gas station car wash.
