This was very good like the egg roll and egg drop soup I love this place so I’ll give it a 5 star

We used to order here all the time but now they’re under new owners and they stink! If you want to order a extra order of vegetables they say no they will only add it to a order with vegetables. They used to let you trade pan fried noodles instead of crunchy noodles, new owners won’t do it. Orders used to be lots of food, not anymore. We won’t be eating here any longer and we will spread the word of our discontent!

Amazing lo mein. However the other noodle dish we ordered was literally inedible. The guy who works the counter could definitely use an attitude adjustment. Order the lo mein, it’s so good. Everything else I’ve been underwhelmed.

We had a taste for Chinese and unfortunately Jin’s that we love was closed due to it being a Monday. We came here and the food was terrible. The Mongolian beef was so tough and chewy. We literally had to cut it up to make it easier to chew, also it was dry, at Jin’s their Mongolian beef is in a flavorful sauce, there was no sauce here, just dry and gross meat. We also ordered orange chicken and again the meat was very tough. I absolutely would not suggest this place to anyone.

We just recently moved to Schaumburg and my husband and I were looking for a local Chinese takeout place. We came across this place only because it’s the only Chinese place that was open by 8:00 pm. I asked at first if the small order of General Tso chicken was good to share for two, and the guy seemed annoyed when he answered my question. Inspite of that, I ordered their shrimp fried rice, egg rolls and General Tso chicken. The rice was bland and needed salt. Egg rolls was not good at all. It was bitter and just didn’t quite tasted how we knew it should taste; and the General Tso was ok. We won’t go back to this place and would not recommend to people. q

Being new to the neighborhood my search begins for a good Chinese restaurant. My first order with them was egg foo young. I got it to go. It was very good but there was no gravy with it. Today I ordered steamed dumplings and Mongolian beef. I’m enjoying it now. My search may be over. The food was very good today.

Ordered the large orange chicken, small chicken fried rice, and 3 crab Ragoons for $ 21. Chicken was very cheap poor quality chicken. Most pieces where so hard and chewy I had to spit out. The orange flavor was also bland. Chicken fried rice was also just blend with huge piece chicken in it. Ragoons to me where really good and the highlight of the meal but my g/f hated them, they had tons cream cheese which I love. But would not eat here again. Quality and taste poor

Stop by first time — ordered Mongolian beef which was so so– beef was very fresh and portion was big however it was sweet, too sweet… not the way I like. I wanted to dine in however they packed everything to go, when I told them I want to eat here they just gave me plastic fork ;-))) …plastic plate was another request… General food ok, service hmmm *** because of service

China Cook moved into the area at exactly the right time :) I used to go to Hong Kong on Irving in Hanover Park, but they closed, so I was looking for a new place. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried China Cook. Their food is fresh and freshly prepared. I had their beef fried rice and it’s the best I have ever had. It has large pieces of tender beef, and a very light sauce that is huge on flavor. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is delicious too, and their beef chop suey has big fresh veggies and tender beef. It’s really something you must try. I would highly recommend china Cook.
