Business Owner

Always having a love of design, I created a full retail store catering to, at that time in 1998, scrapbooking and designing with rubber art stamps. I taught many classes, on design, through the use of stamps.

As my store evolved, several customers asked if I could design their wedding invitations and the story begins.

I have taken design classes and have had my work featured in two prominent Chicagoland magazines, Chicago Style Wedding and Wedding Guide Chicago. I am also an active participant in wedding shows throughout the Chicago area.

My husband and I were married in August of 2012 and had a great experience with Jackie! She took the time to explain all of our options and was able to create the perfect wedding invitations for us. We were so blown away by her services that we also contracted her to make our centerpieces as well. A year later she assisted in creating save the dates for a close friend of mine. I am writing this review because my husband and I just purchased our first home and I definitely plan to work with Jackie to create our housewarming invitations. If you are looking for one of a kind work I strongly suggest that you contact All Things Paper!!!

After leaving a review for the business I received a legal warning letter. I was shocked to find out that All Things Paper /​Jacqueline filed a law suit against me for my review. I have no idea if this has happened to others for leaving a negative reviews here. Fortunately the case was dismissed very quickly and never made it anywhere past the initial filing. It’s sad that after not only a bad customer experience… I got sued on top of it.

I just got my wedding invitations– they are beautiful and I paid a very reasonable price, and I did quite a bit of shopping around. I cannot say enough about the quality of work– and I was under a time constraint but I had them before the deadline. So happy I used All Things Paper! Highly recommended!

I had a BAD experience as well! The owner was very nice & seemed to go out of her way to please her customers. I ordered expensive folios from her & they were not delivered on time. She offered a 2nd option, which would have cost addt’l money than what I already paid, so I decided not to opt for plan b. When I asked for a refund — she blatantly told me she was not refunding my money even though she didn’t provide the product I ordered. Not only did she refuse to refund my money, she was rude and pushy! I was appalled by her attitude. If anyone had the right to be upset it was me… I’m the bride!
