A family member recently sold some jewelry at this location. The jewelry was inspected there the week before and then again at the time of sale. Three days later my family member is receiving calls that there is an issue and they need to come in and return some of the monies they received from the sale. How can anyone believe that now suddenly, after having it in there possession for three days and also inspecting it four times, that my family member is obligated to give you any money back?
