They charged my credit card about a week before they sent me any notice of a tracking number and that was only because I got sick of waiting and sent an email after trying to reach someone live several times. About 4 days after my email, I finally got a notice that my item had shipped. Once I received the merchandise, it was damaged! It was a mirrored wall art piece that was really poorly packaged so it’s no wonder that 3 of the glass spokes were broken off and at least 2 others were cracked. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back. I’ve left 3 voicemails, 2 emails and called 3 times today and the receptionist keeps telling me no one is available to speak with me. I will NEVER order from this company again! If I could give them negative starts, I would.

Worst customer service EVER. Still haven’t received my refund after they emailed me to let me know the item had been discontinued. I have notified my credit card company & plan to notify the better business bureau after reading all of the other complaints on the Internet. Don’t buy from them!!!

If I could give this website zero stars, I would. It was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. It took nearly a month for my order(a Dwell duvet) to arrive. After a couple of weeks, I began to get suspicious regarding the whereabouts of my order. I tried calling the customer service line and got a message saying the number had been disconnected. They had another service line, which I tried, only to discover that no matter which button you push on the automated options, you can never end up reaching a real person. I finally emailed them, without high hopes of hearing back or receiving my duvet, but I did receive a polite response a couple days later saying my items had been shipped. It still took two weeks *after* that to receive the package. Of course, my credit card was billed the same day I placed my order. About a day before my package arrived I was ready to call my credit card company to report PillowsandThrows as fraudulent. Luckily, I didn’t have to do so, but I will stay far away from this website and its sister site, . In the future I will order from a more reputable site or directly from the manufacturer.

this company owns the smaller, hipper home accessories website … i recently placed an order with cherry & east, and after about a week, i still had not received any tracking information or shipping notification. despite leaving several voicemail messages asking about the status, nobody returned my call. EIGHTDAYS after the transaction, i received a short email from notifying me that the product i ordered was no longer in stock and would not be shipped to me. in that eight day time frame, i could have ordered the product from a different site, had it shipped, received it and started using it. i understand that companies run out of stock on certain items, but there is zero excuse for poor communication.

Great selection, great service, and decent sale prices… and of course no tax and free shipping on orders over $ 100. I found some great items on this site, even some that the manufacturers told me were discontinued. Items shipped quickly – again, even faster than from the manufacturer – and customer service was helpful and responsive. What more couldya ask for?
