Upon calling we were able to get the car in the next day. Upon dropping it off they couldn’t look at it right away because someone had called in and they were short a person. We were getting new speakers and sub woofer. They called and had it ready the next day. Two things, 1) they said there wasn’t a sub woofer (in our BMW Z3) and just replaced the four speakers. Not so sure we don’t have a sub woofer. But the price then made sense. They did a good job on what they actually did. As we headed out on the freeway we noticed the hood fluttering. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE HOOD LATCHED!!! had to pull over on the side of the highway to secure it.

Getting a many hundred dollar system installed, like the service. A costumer just said, «sorry to interrupt your lunch», the employee said: I would rather help you than eat my lunch. WOW
