I find the comments regarding Dr. Morgan’s office very hard to believe. I am the mother of nine children currently seven of them have had surgery with Dr. Morgan. I would not place the health and well being of my children in the hands of just anyone. Dr. Morgan is an incredible Doctor and surgeon. His staff has been nothing but professional and extremely kind to both myself and my children. None of my kids have ever had any problems following surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan and his staff.

The staff and customer service provided was horrible. They don’t even deserve a one star. The front desk desk are very rude, ALL 3 women. They won’t return phone calls. I had all 4 wisdom teeth impacted and needed immediate surgery and NEVER received one call to insurance for authorization or for scheduling. They are not courteous either. They very short on the phone and can be condescending in their tone. They expect you to accept whatever they tell you. And they hang up on customers! They expect customers to do what doctor’s offices should be doing. I was constantly calling the office to follow on the status of my authorization, which should have been handled by someone in the office. This went on for over a month. It’s unfortunate because the doctor provides thorough feedback and treatment, however due to the horrible service received from the front office, it makes patients not want to return EVER. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I told my referring dentist to stop referring patients! I work in the medical field as well, and I plan to spread the word.

Just got out of Dr. Morgan’s office. Before my son was ever seen by the dentist we left after a pretty ugly dose of bad customer service. Based on how horrid the office manager was and her obnoxious side kick, I would absolutely never go back for more abuse. I felt the discourse the moment we walked in and it continued to slide down hill pretty rapidly. My son forgot his insurance card and I offered to run back home and bring it back (during his appointment) because we live a couple blocks away. The manager refused with a vengence and said we had to make another appointment. The sidekick stood a breath away from me with her hand on her hip and piercing eyes. These women weren’t playing. She screamed «good luck, we’re the only oral surgeon who takes Humana.» I said, «even if you’re the last person in town, we promise to never come back.» This woman’s demeanor was unbelievably unkind and unshaking in her hatefulness. My recommendation to Dr. Morgan is to find people who know how to be kind and understanding. Especially to children who are nervous enough about having their wisdom teeth removed. Think twice before you deal with these women, it was a pretty bad experience.
