Nice place to shoot for small calibers if you want to squeeze off a few rounds. And customer service is great. Wish could shoot some bigger stuff but with it being indoors it’s understandable.

Store side pretty decent. Prices comparable to online. Purchased one handgun and several accessories. Service is pretty good. Nice folks with a few exceptions. But they have a rule that you can’t keep your own brass. The range is already super small and then they call dibs on your brass??? I guess they just want those neighborhood gangsters that want to rent a weapon and buy their ammo there. Enthusiast who reload are not welcome. Hope they maybe raise their range price and let me keep my metal.

The pros: The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave great advice related to guns, cleaning, and carrying. I recommend that you bring in your own firearm. Cons: The price of ammunition was extremely expensive and only supplied a few rounds(the box is deceiving). The lanes are very close together and there are only six of them(so we were on a short waiting list). The lighting was not that good either. I would go back, but only if I’m in the area.

Awful customer service. I felt like the skinny kid in the gym lifting weights for the first time. I’ve been there three times and they have lost huge sales every time. I just took my business down the road. If they want a lesson in customer service they need to go to Patrick’s uniforms and gun range or Ortiz Custom guns. Those guys know how to treat customers.

Positive: its the cheapest price for range time. 10 – 11 bucks is as long as you want to stay. Patricks charge 15 hourly. I usually spend 3 hours so it saves me money. Negative: the range is always hot. Ac doesn’t work that well. Unless your buying a gun customer svc is awful. The employees know nothing about guns. The manager tries but he is VERY in experienced with weaponry and tries to bs his way through. Its comical. The only thing they have of value from personal is the military guy and he can be cocky. Range time is cheap again but they are outrageous on prices for ammo and guns. If you buy from them dont pay advertised price. You can talk them down. The worst part that i don’t understand is you can only shoot .223/.556 mon-fri. No weekends unless you are military. Still havent figured that out. Over all i go there for the range only. Customer svc is not good. Employees cant multi task and it can be a very negative environment.

Since this is the only indoor range in the area you have a Choice rather to come here or go somewhere else. This is a gun range the people who work here are serious people there’s no laughing & joking going on here don’t come here looking to make friends. It’s a cold atmosphere, which is fine by me I just want to practice shooting my guns. The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable about weapons and you can even rent a firearm if you’d like to try out something new. Yes it’s expensive but where else are you going to go, in the woods behind your house give me a break. If you plan on coming buy yourself some eye & ear protection that’ll help with the cost, and the best part is if you pay for a lane it’s good for the whole day. Meaning you can let off a few rounds in the morning and then take a break and come back later on. They Also have weapons & ammo for sell inside the store.

I went here to shoot the other day. One box of ammo and one lane for two people came to just about 50 bucks. The atmosphere was cold, not friendly. Small lanes with minimal lighting. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Went there about two weeks ago, on a Saturday. Place wasn’t full, but was busy. Only two guys working and both were as helpful as they could be. 1st, used the range. $ 10.50 to shoot all day, can’t beat that compared to the other local ranges, who charge hourly. Had my wife and mother in law there, both novice, and they had a great time. When they left to shop had the lane to myself and had a nice relaxing afternoon of shooting. Only problem I saw, d bags not obeying the rules and a little hot. 2nd, after I was done shooting checked out the store. The two guys were more than helpful answering all my questions. And they were straight with others. Prices are lower than bass pro and higher than Ortiz. The only con side I saw was lack of staff. Great place, will shoot there again! P. s. Thursday afternoon is ladies night, free range and rental. Take the wife or gf on Wednesday, couples night! Kinda cool!

I was denied service at this store today. I was told that I could not buy anything there because of a unfounded rumor. The owner(Marcia) does not even have the curtesey or courage to call me directly to try and find out the truth. I have spent literally over $ 10,000 in this store in the last 4 years and am treated like a dog. They are amongst the worst of the price gougers and I have watched this once fine establishment run into the ground by the owner. She makes unfair policies and has ruined this business. Her employees talk behind her back and hate her. The customer service there is non existent. Please if you want fair prices and good service go somewhere else. There are many other places to buy firearms and ammo that have better prices and the owners actually want your business. Personally I can’t wait to see this place go out of business, and I know I am not alone.

I hope some of the people I have seen in Mission Essential having an awesome experience will see this review and WRITE their own positive reviews… I don’t know what the bad reviews below are about — EXCEPT of course one of them could be the competition — the reviewer who only has this 1 review and no profile(These types of profiles are always suspect)…Looks like they created a troll account just to place this bad review… could be the competition Either way I have been to Mission Essentials a few times and the customer service could not be better. Awesome, thorough, patient, knowledgeable, friendly firearms experts. I am a gun novice and the salesman(I didn’t get his name — but he is former military and younger guy) took a LOT of time to explain SOMUCH to me about all the guns I was interested in, even showed me how to break down a gun and put it back together(took him less than 1 minute)… So helpful, patient, thorough… And now mind you — This shop ISVERY busy — but that is a testament to their popularity… And they should be popular with this outstanding customer service, wonderful selection(If you love guns/firepower you might just get mesmerized by some of the stuff in this place) — And the prices are great! Selection — what more could you ask for(This place is chock full of some the toughest/most hardcore firearms you could ever want — They could call it the Armory) — and I’m pretty sure if they don’t have it they would try and get it for you… they are affiliated with gun class teachers for beginners like myself, and how about all those guns you can rent to shoot right there on the range… Awesome… And prices are great. That sawed off Mossberg for less than $ 400 you can’t beat that… Look, guns aren’t cheap and the current political situation has driven up the prices a bit(Of guns and ammo) — but to be able to get into an AMERICANMADE(Mossberg — Ruger) shotgun or 9mm — brand new — for less than $ 400 — that’s a deal… SIDEBAR: *** And as far as prices of ammo/guns — everyone should know that the recent treasonous/tyrannical activities of the govt are what has driven the prices of both ammo and guns up… and has made it difficult to even get a lot of ammo — if you don’t know the DHS(Department of Homeland inSecurity) bought over 2BILLION rounds of ammo(that’s a LOT of ammo) — as they say enough to put 4 rounds in every American citizen — and that’s exactly why they bought it — To use against American Citizens — if American citizens rose up and tried to take their country back… DOYOUROWNRESEARCHONTHISISSUE — BUTIT’S PRETTYMUCHESTABLISHEDFACT — EVENTHOUGHTHEMAINSTREAMMEDIAIGNORESIT… ANYWAY: Mission Essential ! ! ! Awesome Selection The Best Customer Service Great Opportunity — A Shooting Range so Conveniently Located in The City Check This Place Out — If you Love Guns or are Just thinking about it… this is the place to go… and now more than ever you may need a gun to not just protect yourself from the«common criminal» — but even more so from a treasonous/tyrannical/corrupt government… ONEMORETHING — Savannah just seems to not be a big Unilocaling town — which is unfortunate — because you get a situation like this where a couple of bad reviews make it look like this place isn’t awesome… but it is — and the great reviews just aren’t there to balance it out…*** If anyone who has had a great experience at Mission Essential reads this PLEASEWRITE A REVIEW…*** Every time I have been in there I have seen lots of very satisfied customers… like this one guy who was just on «cloud 9» because he was picking up his special order«Judge» — «hand cannon» — it’s a revolver — that shoots shotgun shells… nice…

Had a pretty good experience here. The line to shoot was long and some tempers did fray, but the staff dealt with it as best they could and still remained fairly courteous. The biggest problem I saw was that the range is very small. 6 shooting lanes is simply not enough to satisfy the local demand. Despite other reviews slagging their prices, they are still in line with what things are going for right now. It’s just we’re in the middle of a nationwide shortage of ammunition and magazines, so what you CAN find right now will be more expensive than it was 4 months ago. Despite that, they still had ammo available, even for the popular calipers everybody wants to shoot. Be advised, there is currently a strict limit of 1 box per caliber per customer, so other people can shoot too. All told, a good day at the range, an thanks to them allowing first-timers free range time, it was cheaper than I expected as well.

This is a great range, with great staff. Their prices are very fair compared to other indoor facilities. They let you use your own rounds or they offer fantastically inexpensive, but still quality range rounds. They’re nice guys and very helpful.

High prices, awful customer service. Go somewhere else!!! Refused to use our«Living Social certificate.» Customer happiness is not a priority here, they don’t need your patronage attitude. Take your hard earned cash anywhere else. You won’t catch me here ever again.
