When we moved to the area four years ago this Kroger was exceptional. It was clean and very presentable. Fast forward two years and still up to now it is a pig sty, empty shelves, expiration dates in dairy products have been exceeded and you get the general idea of no one cares. We go only if it is something for a quick run and expiration dates always checked. We now drive into Savannah to go to the Kroger on Mall BLVD. It’s worth the trip.

This is by far the worst grocery store ever! When we first moved here a over a year ago this store was great for us, however over the last 9 months it is horrible! The staff is terrible and rude… every time i bring my own grocery bags they throw them aside and won’t bag my groceries in them and they give attitude like I am inconveniencing them when I say something… really?!? And second if you shop there WATCHFOREXPIRATIONDATE!!! I wish I was exaggerating when I say every time I shop there items are PAST expiration or sell by date OR they expire the next day and don’t give a discount, sometimes I forget to check and will come home with expired items… now I do shop the organic health food section so I expect stuff to go bad fast but come on selling items past expiration is pure lazy and tells me they don’t care! I love Kroger so I drive out to the Richmond Hill Kroger! I now completely avoid this Kroger even for quick runs because I will guarantee have to go back to return expired food!

I walked in and immediately spotted Starbucks. The Caffeine Addict in me roared for joy. Then I saw a Sushi Station and picked up some of my favorite. They have a very large selection devoted to Organic Items. Even Gluten Free foods and flours for baking. In fact I think they are much better with Organic Items than Whole Foods. My Husband was happy because he has missed Kroger a lot. There isn’t one in Pooler. So He is happy and I get to feed my Caffeine Addiction. I feel we have found our place to shop for Food and more.

Only grocery store for miles, first time using Kroger as my local store, we just moved here. Always clean and organized. Love that they have a Starbucks inside.

Good for fill in trips. Pricey. Gas station never has receipts at the pump. Have brought this to krogers attention directly and email, to no avail.

Love Kroger 100 times better than Food Lion on Dean Forest. Great people and has a Starbucks inside. Good prices. They have a gas station and the fuel we found is always consistanly cheap fuel plus you save money when you use your Kroger Card. Pumps are always busy.
