Terrible service. Once you have filed with him, he doesn’t return phone calls. We discovered he made many mistakes (and too late) on our chapter 13 bankruptcy case. We had two mortgages that he was suppose to place on the bankruptcy as surrenders. After we concluded the bankruptcy we discovered we had been foreclosed on one of them. He also failed to list another debt of significance and the creditors came after us once the bankruptcy was concluded. He has horrible interpersonal skills and relies too heavily on his office staff without paying attention to details. When we went back to have these problems resolved he refused to do so without payment of thousands of dollars.
