Mark A. Bandy is a native of Savannah, having attended Benedictine Military School. After high school, Mark attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a degree in finance. During college, Mark had the privilege to intern in Washington, D.C. for Congressman Jack Kingston of the First District of Georgia.
