I came to the Garden City location with a scheduled appointment to deal with a small problem. I got here, and the receptionist was talking on her cell phone, carrying on a personal conversation. I was waiting for 5 minutes to ask a question. She then acted as if I were inconveniencing HER, and rudely said «what? Whatcha need?» with the phone just off to the side. I asked my question quietly, not wanting whoever was on the other line to hear my personal medical information, and she said «yo just hold on till you get called back. But that’ll be a couple hours». She stuck to this statement, even when I said I had an appointment in roughly 10 minutes. «It don’t matter. These walk-​ins was here before you» she remarked. I walked out of the clinic. I came to the Broad Street location and was helped as a walk-​in almost immediately. Not only did the GC location look like a run-​down building belonging in a third-​world country, but the service was awful. Never going back. If you go to one of the locations, go to Broad Street. Trust me.
