This place is amazing!!! We visited numerous antique stores while in Savannah, but this place is a step above any of those. Instead of just selling the antiques, they re purpose them and the prices are great. The vintage clothing really had nothing to offer, but the bottom floor is a great place to find something for your home.

Owner was rude to me twice. Will not be spending my money here. Was too busy to make eye contact with me. Half the stuff or more was not real vintage but rather new stuff made to look old.

Love popping into Civvies when we are in town. If nothing else, it’s so entertaining looking at all the vintage clothing and accessories! They also have a lot of brand name designers too — stuff from local boutiques, Nordstrom’s, etc. I even saw a vintage Chanel Tshirt last time I was in. Prices are sooooo hit or miss, so you just have to dig and see what you can find! Also, if you are looking for a costume or specific type of theme… This is the place to go!

Not the best thrifting in the area. Items often overpriced and caters to a specific crowd. The style and selection is great, but lacks the chaos that true thrifters enjoy.

I’ve never been thrifting before, but I think Civvies was a great introduction to it. Full of cute clothes, all pretty reasonably priced(I know sometimes thrift stores can be a little pricey). The space was well organized and the staff was attentive and helpful. I’d totally frequent it more if I lived in the area.

Beyond awesome. Honestly this was such a unique shopping experience that I can’t stop telling friends about it. Not only did they have some very cool stuff, but it’s reasonably priced. In all honesty most of the stuff in there is better looking and better made than some of the other shops located in the near shopping district. I had found some really special treasures, including stuff from my childhood that I probably don’t need, but it was nice to reminisce. I’d highly recommend this place, don’t go in there expecting to find something immediately. This is a shop that’s worth spending time at!

Walked in, and it was like looking into my own closet. Lots of great stuff, although the store is small, so checking back regularly is necessary.

Love the new/old combo. So much to choose from, you’ll need time to really browse. Bought super cute retro shorts, but, ironically, thy were a new item. Def worth stopping in!

I feel like this place would be Macklemore’s dream. The vintage finds you can browse through here and cool knick knacks up front are just entertaining and sometimes you strike gold with a cute dress or pair of cool boots.

Let’s get one thing straight. This is hipster heaven. I’m not as trendy as my traveling companion was, but from the outside of the store I spied a mannikin sporting suspenders… and I knew we had to go in. This place has a great selection of unique pieces! Many of them are too quirky for my taste, but the shoes, purses, and sunglasses were simply too adorable. None of the items were too pricey, and the atmosphere was too hip to be believed. They also had an extremely cool child’s record player in working order which I would have bought if I was richer.

I always stop here when in Savannah. Although the past few times, I haven’t been able to find anything!?! Inventory must be slacking, because I’ve always been able to find treasures before.

I visited Civvies earlier this week instead of being cooped up inside the stale office. I LOVE the atmosphere. I don’t think I fit Civvies’ demographic(being an «older», plus-size lady), but I loved their selection of shoes and other accessories. The young employee was very friendly and accomodating — even letting me browse the racks with my smoothie lunch. I was near the end of my lunch, and didn’t have time to browse sufficiently. I will make time to visit again when there’s time.

Totally a fun store. Wish they had more plus sizes and the staff can be disinterested at times. It’s always fun to look. I always find something. It is way fun to look around and bring people who are visiting.

Very sweet and helpful staff and pretty good deals. They will buy your items back at a pretty fair price and give you cash or store credit. Good selection to pick from, lots of cute shirts and dresses. Check them out!

Visiting for wedding, discovered moths had gotten to my jacket. Hooray for Civvies; it was perfect for selection and price of a quick replacement.

I’m not usually a vintage shopper, but this store was a very stylish blend of new and used, stylish and off-kilter. Everything is organize by color so it looks nice, but there’s still room for digging. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is stylish, yet approachable.

I love this place. Great business, great prices and fun seasonal fashion shows! Going to school in Savannah at SCAD this was a place I frequented for some midterm shopping therapy. They also support local artists such as Nine and Three Quarters and Brittany Bosco! Who wouldn’t want to support this place, they’re supporting everyone else… DUH.

What a cute store! Being from Seattle, I was getting a little lonely sweating through the days in black t-shirts and being a vegetarian among all the po’ boys and shrimps. Aside from drinking my problems away, there are great shops like Civvies to remind me of home. The place is great — so bright with a wonderfully eclectic mix of vintage and new clothing for a distinctly hip fashion. Their womens shoe section is one of the best I’ve seen at a store like this in quite some time. I adored these brown Benjamin Franklin heels I got for $ 16! What a steal! If you are looking to just goof and hang around, this store has couches with interesting picture books and gaudy Guns ‘N Roses type pants for you to try on. So, while the rest of Savannah is out listening to G ‘n R, you can be dressed like them. Which would you rather have? I think the choice is clear.

I loved how they had the t-shirt rack organized by colors. That makes it much easier for someone like me who gravitates to pretty much the same four colors of t-shirt no matter what. I just skipped over the bad colors on the rack and went straight to the good stuff. Civvies has some new clothes mixed in with the vintage/used, and they do a nice job of having big, bright red labels on these items to let you know that it’s new. The shop itself is pretty small, but there’s a lot of items to look through. They’ve really managed to maximize the space they have without resorting to cramming so much clothes in that you can’t browse comfortably.
