Great little consignment shop with dressing rooms! Wide range of brands and quality. Good place to stop in while you’re shopping.

Let me begin by saying that I have never experienced customer service as horrible as Cherry Picked. I have given this shop several chances over the years only to be repeatedly let down. However, it has now gotten out of hand. Months ago, I took a great deal of name brand clothing, shoes, and handbags to Cherry Picked because they are the ONLY consignment shop downtown. I have never been greeted warmly when I arrive at the shop so it was no surprise that I had to wait at the counter for several minutes before a woman asked if she could help me. Mind you, the store was empty. I dropped off my items and was informed that they only send out checks once a month, on the 15th, for your items that have sold(a little strange but whatever). A few weeks later, near the 15th, I called the store repeatedly to check the status of my account and was unable to reach anyone. The phone would ring several times before going to a voicemail that was full and was unable to even leave a message. Finally, I had to drive down to their location. I explained the situation to the woman working and she seemed completely unphased by the fact that their phone was«not working» and said she would put my name on the list to be written a check while shuffling papers(I never did see her take down my name). When I asked what day the checks were sent out, she replied«On or around the 15th, usually within that week» when I tried to get a more clear date, she was unable to give me any answer. I absolutely do not understand how someone operates a small business by treating their costumers, who are providing their merchandise, so horribly. I will NEVER bring my clothing to this store again nor will I purchase anything from them. I genuinely hope a competing consignment shop opens because it is desperately needed. It is a shame for Cherry Picked to call themselves a Small Business in Savannah.

I have only lived in Savannah for 3 months so naturally, every«first» experience at local businesses is an important one. My customer service experience at this shop was atrocious. When I walked in, the woman who was working(an older woman) barely looked my way and couldn’t even choke out a hello. While I was shopping, she walked past me several times and still never acknowledged my presence. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store so it’s not as though she was too busy to speak to me. As I made my way to the door I was expecting, at minimum, a «Thanks for stopping in» etc. Nothing. After I left, I called my friend who referred me to the shop and told her about my horrible experience and she was mortified. She went to the store to speak to the owner and express her disappointment. The owner seemed genuinely upset. Here’s the best part… the owner gave MYFRIEND a completely free outfit(dress, boots, jewelry) to offer restitution for MY horrible shopping experience. I will never step foot in this store again and will encourage everyone I speak to about it to do the same.

I have mixed feelings about this place because of the uncalled for snobbery, which I experienced when I tried to sell clothes there. They told me straight out, my clothes weren’t good enough to be sold in a used clothing store, and then when I’m looking around, I notice they carry clothing from Target, and J. C. Penney and Express which makes me question their opinions. On a happier note, if you love Lilly Pulitzer, and you don’t want to spend a mint, its a good place to find a great variety and sizes at a decent price that are in good condition. They also have gently used clothing from Marc Jacobs and Diane Von Furstenberg and similar designers which is nice. I’ve been into the store several times and they really do have some cute stuff. I just think that sometimes you could get the same clothing for the same price new, like their Ann Taylor or Zara dresses, but then other things are a decent price like their J. Crew shorts. They also have a store mascot that is a tiny dog. She’s cute obviously, but sometimes I feel like the owner acts like she’s a baby and it can be overwhelming to experience when all you want to do is zone out and look at clothes. I feel like a lot of the older ladies that come in really love it though.

This great little consignement shop is super cute with great selections. I love to browse their shoes. You can find some great name brand stuff, sometimes cheap, sometimes not… it’s all about the digging. Keep an eye out of the adorable shop dog… too cute not to cuddle!

I have such mixed feelings about this store!!! The first couple of times I went(2010−11ish) I found great stuff! I bought a DVF dress, designer shirts etc. In fact, I met my boyfriend in a dress bought from this store! But lately, I’ve been disappointing… I haven’t even wanted to try anything on! I guess that goes in cycles as you cannot really control what people are consigning. On the plus side, most of the designer clothes are well priced(unless they are NWT) but their middle line stuff is way too expensive. Some of it is higher than what the original store would sell it on clearance. I would recommend dropping in if you are downtown and it is convenient. because consignment shopping is more about the treasure hunt then the end product… but I don’t think I would go out of my way to go here.

Horrid service. I was ignored the entire time I was in the shop while the sales women were extremely loud. They focused on a single customer who appeared to be their friend rather than tending to other patrons. Then, they took 20 minutes to check out another customer. They openly ridiculed the cosingers whose names appeared when clothes were rung up. They consistently answered the phone and spoke at length to friends rather than focusing on customers. Stay away.

this place absolutely deserves all of the raves it gets! fantastic! great woman working(owner? sorry i didn’t get your name) and a fab selection of great, on-trend clothes. i walked in «just looking» and came out with 5 great summer skirts and a very cute top — all for just about $ 100. this is a shopping experience par excellence — and this is from someone who really dislikes shopping! my new must-go-to in savannah!

This is my most favorite clothing store in Savannah. Amazing clothes, incredible prices, very attentive staff and owner. I would like to say this is my best-kept secret for looking fashionable for less but I can’t keep a secret like that. Everyone needs to go check out their selection! LOVE this store!

My fav consignment store! Awesome brands for cheap! they had a decent selection of size 8 – 10 clothes when I was there but I’m sure it varies and yes most are smaller sizes but I know the owner is trying to pull in more of the bigger sizes. Got a fab green dress there for $ 44 that I LOVE!!!

This is a great little consignment store with lots of upscale brands(Vera Bradley, DKNY, Ann Taylor, etc)… but if you are a lady of a more substantial size, like say upwards of a size 10, it’s not really worth going.
