History

Established in 2015.

Chocolat by Adam Turoni, founded in Savannah, GA in 2010 by CIA (Culinary Institute of America, New York) graduate, Adam Turoni. Turoni moved to Savannah, GA in 2009 and started his eponymous Chocolate business in 2010, as a wholesale operation only, in the hip Starland District (Desoto Avenue). In October 2012, he opened his first retail location in the popular business corridor of Broughton St (323 W Broughton St, Savannah, GA 31 401) and a second location in August 2015 off the «Forest Gump» square: Chippewa Square (236 Bull Street, Savannah, GA 31 401).

Business Owner

Adam Turoni, is a pastry chef, graduate of the class of 2009 graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in New York.

He founded his eponymous company in 2010 at the age of 20.

In 2011, he was a guest chef on the Paula Deen show on the food network, Episode of «Paula’s Best Dishes — Always room for Chocolate: (February 5th, 2011), he has also been featured on a couple of episodes of the great local show: Eat it & Like it, as well as on several national magazines like Southern Living March 2014 Issue, many local publications and was even included in a cookbook: Published April. 2013 by Morris Book Publishing «Savannah Chef’s Table» featuring the recipes of two popular chocolate truffles by Chocolat by Adam Turoni in 6 page spread (pages 52 – 57)

In early August 2014, Adam was filmed to appear as one of the destinations of a new show for the Paula Deen Network. The show will feature Paula Deen’s favorites Savannah places. It will include a tour of our chocolate atelier by Ada
