Terrible customer service. Tried to get a service call for a front door electric lock in a 3 unit condo townhouse. After waiting 3 days they gave me the technician’s phone # and told me to call him. I did. He was very nice and said he was swamped but had the contact # and would get to it shortly. 2 days later I called back to get a status and the woman answering the phone asked if I had the technicians phone #. Told her no, and if I did I would have called him. She gets an attitude and tells me not to get huffy with her. Well, it escalated from there. No customer service but attitude. The conversation ended with me telling her that they weren’t the only locksmith in town and I hung up. I very rarely write a bad review but if I was her boss I would love to know about her attitude and the lack of customer service.

this is vanishing America, and certainly the vanishing South in a town that is becoming hip and more upscale by the minute.
if you are a tourist just go here to get a key made, it will cost you a buck and it is a freaking museum in there. And if you move there, well, it will take care of your needs and give you a good intro into Savannah, or what it used to be like anyway. No one needs J Crew or Anthroplogie or whatever mass produced crap they have added to downtown.

Walking in Bradley’s is like walking back 200 years. When you enter, you’ll understand. If you need a key made, it only costs a dollar and 7 cents with tax. They do all sorts of lock smithing and safe work too.
Probably the least expensive and coolest souvenir in Savannah, just get a key made and you’ll have a cool story about it too!

Great local locksmith shop. They sharpen knives too.
Small, interesting little place. They are honest and knowledgeable and have can make keys that the big-​box retailers can’t. I have never had to return a key to them. I absolutely love this place.
