I went back to this business after getting some help from the regional manager. And the service was much better than the last visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the prompt response to my review and issues at my last visit.

poor customer service… lazy people seem to work there… I was scheduled for 10 but would have been a few mins late so I called and was rescheduled for 12:50. when I arrived they told me I was rescheduled again for 230 and that they called me at the correct number but a man answered and said I didn’t live there… not possible bc the number they had was mine and no one but me had my phone all day but me. I was very disappointed bc waited around all morning to find I would have to wait even longer. I have things to do, so I cancelled it. they also made no attempt to compensate for my lost time and frustration.
