Bed Bath & Beyond

Have you ever gone into a store and you had a better chance of finding water in the Sahara than a sales associate. Well that’s one problem you wouldn’t have here because you can’t go two feet without someone asking you if there’s anything you need. There isn’t anything that you’ll need for your home that you can’t find here. As the name says they’ve got all you bed, bath and beyond covered which includes your kitchen to boot.

I have been shopping at different Bed Bath and Beyond Stores for over 10 years. I always have a good time shopping just like Sunday.
I think they have just about anything except furniture one could want or need for a house.
This trip I just wanted toothbrush heads. However, since I had my Husband’s Card I decided to get more. The Caffeine Addict drew me to the pricey Fully Automatic Espresso Machines. I just browsed and put one on my Wish List. Purchased a few more goods, smiled and had more Pep in My Step upon leaving.
Looking forward to my next Girl Time Alone at this store.

I went to Bed Bath & Beyond looking for the Table Mate TV tray that I seen online. I went inside because the website should that this product was available in store for pick up. I did not locate the product on display. As I went to the customer service desk the young lady asked did I find everything O.K. I told her what I was looking for. She was so kind to look it up on their website and located it for me. I thought that was nice that she went above and beyond. The staff was very nice and greeted you when you come in the door and while you are in the store. I will be back there.

A very nice girl that worked there helped us find out the price of a umbrella. And then brought it to the register for us. She was so sweet and asking us about our trip. Everyone that worked there waa greeting customers and sayin bye to them.

My wife and I have purchased a roomba 870 and a 279 dollar carpet shampooer from here. We gt the carpet cleaner about 9 months ago. Worked ok for a while, then the sprayers stopped working. Cleaning them did no good. So we called this store and they said don’t worry, bring it on in and we’ll let you exchange it for store credit. We brought it in, didn’t have the receipt or card we paid for it with, (did have the box and everything with it still) and they still have us store credit for it, no hassle or questions asked. We ended up getting another one of the shampooers and used a 20 percent off text they send once a month, and bought a kitchen knife set as well. Used the twenty percent off on that too, lol.
When we bought our roomba, the manager gladly pulled one out of the box to demonstrate for us. Said if we don’t like it after a few months (we love it) we can bring it back. Great staff, store, and customer service. Rare for savannah, and definitely better than the Hilton head location we went to a few times.

Nice Bed Bath and Beyond. They have just about everything you can think of. Friendly staff. Just very very very busy this time of year.
