Rude. That is the only way to describe my experience. I had used them previously for a minor repair that was done adequately. I was sideswiped to the tune of $ 2500 and thought I would take the work to them. I called and was told I could not officially get on the schedule until I had claim in hand. They assured me they could meet my schedule without problem. So I went in two days later, when I had the claim, and was abruptly told it would be two weeks later than discussed. I explained about a meeting I had to attend and they told me «if you want us to work on it, you go by OUR schedule. We do not NEED your business.» Just not worth dealing with the attitude and belligerence. I have since heard I am not the only one who has had this kind of experience. Never again.
