At Advanced Sandjacking, Inc., we specialize in raising and re-​leveling concrete that has settled, and also filling voids beneath concrete, even if it hasn’t settled. We use patented braces and hydraulics to lift the concrete, then fill beneath with dried limestone sand, often without drilling holes in the surface! Because the sand goes in dry, there is no evaporation or re-​settling to worry about. This process is far superior to traditional mudjacking, which is a temporary repair. We also lift concrete using polyurethane foam. This process is especially effective for heavy lifting of roads and bridge approaches, and also for basement and warehouse floors.

Advanced Sandjacking, Inc. was established in 2005 by the owners of Advanced Waterproofing & Foundation Repairs, Inc. Because settled concrete often contributes to basement water problems, we are able to provide comprehensive, cost-​effective solutions for both. The companies are family owned and operated, and the focus is on quality, professionalism, integrity, and results!
