Chase Bank

This bank is terrible do not take your money there they will steal it! Made a checking account and it was linked to my moms, they told us we would not be charged a service fee every month then they randomly closed my mothers account without telling us when they did and have been charging me $ 6 a month for 6+ months, so I finally went and talked to multiple locations about it and they were very rude and not helpful at all, they then said they could only refund 4 out of 6+ months because on the computer the system only lets them go back 4 months even though the app on my phone shows all the months they’ve been charging me, this is one of their ways of stealing from you, they are terrible I’m taking my money out and closing my account ASAP before they can steal anymore from me, do not go to chase they don’t really care about helping you all they care about is finding ways to steal your money for there own profit, please take your business elsewhere, keep in mind I’m a teenager so all the parents out there don’t go to chase they will steal from your children/​take advantage of the fact that they don’t know as much about banking or reading the contracts they have you sign, so unless you want your children or yourself to be taken advantage of I urge you to take your business elsewhere. Hope they get closed before they can steal anymore money. I really would’ve loved to use the money they stole from me to buy some items to donate to the animal shelter but thanks to these selfish thief’s I unfortunately can’t.

Chase is great as long as you never need to talk to human. This branch is especially useless! One time I wanted to DEPOSIT money into my son’s account and that was a painful process; and now today, our HOA account is here and there is a tax form I need to sign and the ONE person who can help is working on a new account so I have to wait for 30 minutes! Really? Like no one else can assist with the new account and then the other expert can assist me! How embarrassing for them! Like I said … Good bank for online and automated banking but not if you need any personal assistance.

This bank sets the bar! There customer service is second to none and are always a welcomed site even when I’m at Albertsons just to grocery shop. Brock treats all of his clientele with respect and a positive attitude. I will be a forever customer due to him and the rest of his branches staff. Great job guys!

I frequently shop and bank at this Albertsons location. What a wonderful crew they have working and the Chase bankers are so knowledgeable. I often stop by this bank to say hi to the employees even when there is no banking needing to be done. I was not surprised when they told me they were rated as one of the top branches for Chase in CA.

This branch is the best branch I have ever been to! The Bankers, tellers, and managers are all very nice and helpful. I have gone to them many times with problems and they always have solved them. I highly recommend this branch to anyone. Also to the guy who wrote the original review I remember that banker. She wasn’t the best, but she is no longer working there. They have the best staff now!

If I could give zero stars, I would, the experience I’ve had with one of the bankers named Brittany at this location has convinced me that I should take my business to a credit union. Brittany was rude, incompetent, and very stand offish. I feel she represents JP Morgan quite well, and its not about the customers, its about the dollar signs. I feel first chance everybody gets they should close their accounts and go elsewhere, but if you must bank with Chase avoid this branch, and especially the banker Brittany, because they’ll make you feel unwelcome there. Thank you for helping me figure out, that my money would be more welcome else where!
