Chase Bank

This bank is terrible do not take your money there they will steal it! Made a checking account and it was linked to my moms, they told us we would not be charged a service fee every month then they randomly closed my mothers account without telling us when they did and have been charging me $ 6 a month for 6+ months, so I finally went and talked to multiple locations about it and they were very rude and not helpful at all, they then said they could only refund 4 out of 6+ months because on the computer the system only lets them go back 4 months even though the app on my phone shows all the months they’ve been charging me, this is one of their ways of stealing from you, they are terrible I’m taking my money out and closing my account ASAP before they can steal anymore from me, do not go to chase they don’t really care about helping you all they care about is finding ways to steal your money for there own profit, please take your business elsewhere, keep in mind I’m a teenager so all the parents out there don’t go to chase they will steal from your children/​take advantage of the fact that they don’t know as much about banking or reading the contracts they have you sign, so unless you want your children or yourself to be taken advantage of I urge you to take your business elsewhere. Hope they get closed before they can steal anymore money. I really would’ve loved to use the money they stole from me to buy some items to donate to the animal shelter but thanks to these selfish thief’s I unfortunately can’t.

Chase is great as long as you never need to talk to human. This branch is especially useless! One time I wanted to DEPOSIT money into my son’s account and that was a painful process; and now today, our HOA account is here and there is a tax form I need to sign and the ONE person who can help is working on a new account so I have to wait for 30 minutes! Really? Like no one else can assist with the new account and then the other expert can assist me! How embarrassing for them! Like I said … Good bank for online and automated banking but not if you need any personal assistance.

I stopped by this Chase to make a cash deposit and the line was very long. Atm machines both weren’t working and I saw a few associates walking around inside not doing anything. I asked if they had more help that could work behind the counter to lessen the line and the manager said, «yea I wish I could pull out the few associates I have hiding». Not funny. Never coming to this branch again. I’m a business owner with 4 separate accounts with this bank. I expected better service.

I’m not a customer here and man am I thankful. I came to make a cash deposit for one of their customers and they refused to take it. They did refer me to the grocery store across the street to get a money order to come back and deposit. Wow! I will never come back. Terrible customer service!

Friendly people, especially Elizabeth N., but unfortunately Chase Bank is as corrupt a company as they come.
JP Morgan — Chase has been caught in fraudulent banking practices over and over again. They have been fined $ 16 billion (that’s with a «b») and yet they still persist in illegal and outright fraudulent practices.
On a personal level, I recently complained to one of their officers that they had wrongly charged me fees which involved back-​fixing my checking account ledger to justify the fees (totally illegal practice). Yes, they did reverse the charges when I complained, but WHY cheat their customers in the first place??? How many others do they do this to and they either never find out or don’t bother to complain…
One of America’s richest companies gets caught picking my pockets! Shameful…

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Usually the branch manager herself will greet you at the door and direct you to the most appropiate person to help with what ever you may need. Elizabeth has got to be the best personal banker ever!

I met with a loan officer, Leon, who provided me with false information regarding an existing loan I already had with Chase. I believe he did this in hopes of me refinancing a loan through him.

Friendly staff but very busy always waiting

I set up my checking account at this branch and it was a pleasant experience. They are located right on the corner and are well-​staffed. I’ve always been greeted at the door by someone who will direct my request to the appropriate party. The lot is never too full so it’s pretty convenient.
