I’ve been a patient with Dr. Walters for 10+ years. I love this place. He listens to you. For a while, he had a front desk person that wasn’t very cooperative(not Kathy — she was great, but retired). His current office personnel is wonderful. I don’t know if he’s taking new patients, but you’d be lucky to have him. He’s one of few physicians left that actually takes into account what’s going on in your personal life with your symptoms.

Able to take me(new patient) the SAME day I called. The front desk was efficient, nice, and knowledgable. The other patients around me were singing the doctor’s praise and had happily been with him for decades. The doctor was great– caring and not in a rush! Minus 1 star because the office’s furniture and fixtures were old and had me questioning their cleanliness.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for over 3 years. His Staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Dr Walters is an excellent Dr who is attentive, professional, easy to talk to, thorough, and efficient. I would definitely recommend him without any reservations!

I met this doctor in the ER at Good Samaritan he was very dismissive he looked exhausted and reluctant to admitt me to the hospital. Even during my stay he seemed irritated to deal with me and expected me to remember exactly when and at what time I started feeling things and if I said how i was feeling he would give a look that said«ya right» he was definitely in a rush to get me out and got irritated that I requested a blood patch be placed after a spinal tap that left me with an very painful headache. I am a logical individual who has learned to deal with chronic pain which throws medical staff because they expect patients to be crying and yelling when in pain and that’s not the case with chronic pain.

Dr. Walters is the best, clean professional gets right to the point! The staff on the other hand… the older woman at the front desk is cranky, rude and unprofessional. I don’t even think she is a nurse, so when she takes me into the room and asks whats wrong i don’t really tell her. Aside from her Dr. Walters is awesome!

I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for over 10 yrs — ever since he inherited my old doctor’s practice. I have found Dr. Walters to be an exceptionally good doctor. I’ve never been able to stump him with any of my unusual maladies! LOL I have almost always received an appointment on the same day I call in — even though his office is usually quite busy. He somehow always manages to squeeze me in somewhere. His receptionist, Kathy, is very knowledgeable and sympathetic to patients’ needs, and is always a pleasure to talk to :) I’ve had lots of doctors who will only address the medical issue you made the appointment for — Dr. Walters is not that kind of doctor. He is VERY patient and shows a genuine concern for his clients’ health. I have recommended him to my family, most of whom are also now his patients! I’m very grateful to have located such a fantastic doctor!

This practice is a disaster. I took off work to go in for an appointment at 12:15 pm. The receptionist told me that their office was 10 mins from mine, so I left at 11:50 to get there. Once on Saratoga, traffic was thick, so I called them to tell them that I might be a couple of minutes late. No joke, the lady responds, «Hold on, I’ll see if we can still see you.» Hold for 7 minutes, «No, don’t bother coming in.» I asked to talk to anyone, and they said no. I arrived there anyhow(given that I was taking off from work) and got to the counter in time to hear her tell the lady in front of me that they were running behind(did I mention that I was exactly 5 minutes late?). They let me stand up at the counter for another 15 mins and then ask what I wanted. I said I was there for my appointment and they began by admonishing me. I apologized, said that I called, and then asked if I could see the doctor. They said, «maybe at 1:30.» I told them that I’d take it and reminded them that I was only 5 mins late and the lady kept after me. I finally said, «look, there’s no need to be so weird about this.» She hurried off while I filled out forms. I was shooting the breeze with the old ladies in the lobby when the door opens and the doctor himself appeared to tell me that«they can’t help [me] here» and that I’d «need to find someone else who can.» The old ladies waiting with me(who had seen the entire exchange) stared in disbelief. I looked at them and one of them said, «take your social security number of this place.» I did, and I’m better for it. This doctor never once asked what my ailment was, nor did he in any manner exhibit any professional or personal courtesy — the staff(at least the woman I was dealing with) was detestable.
