High Touch High Tech

Shalani was amazing at our science party over the weekend for three boys turning 7. We did three experiments plus some crazy volcano explosions outside (this yielded some pretty hilarious pictures).
Shalani and her assistant scientist had great command over the kids, while also keeping it fun. My son declared it «the best birthday party EVER,» and I am pretty sure it will be a major topic of conversation today at school. It’s wonderful to make learning so much fun!
Thanks for making our birthday party so amazing and the planning so seamless and easy! If you are considering having Shalani provide activities at your next party, DO IT!

Teacher Shalini is absolutely amazing. She is the main reason why we continue with the hands on science after school program for our first grader. She has inculcated a love of learning, interest in science and natural curiosity in our child; moreover you can tell that she really cares. Our daughter looks forward all week to her after school program because, as she puts it, Teacher Shalini can make a not so great day great again. Highly recommended!

We had Shalini over for my son Ansh’s 7^th birthday. When I called her to book the date, I wasn’t sure how many kids would show up as due to Summer break (he has Jun b’day) many kids tend to be out on vacation. Shalini was very good about letting us call her week before for number of kids. She even suggested the packet that kids would like.
She was in touch several times before the party to make sure we were on same page. She and Lia arrived on time for the party and set up everything. We had talked about kids doing all the chemistry science experiments before eating, but some kids got hungry and started eating (starting with the b’day boy himself). Shalini and Lia were very understanding and worked through that. We also had several kids who showed up half way into experiments and show. Shalini and Lia worked them in quickly and made sure all kids felt engaged, welcomed, and had fun.
Kids had a blast with the experiments starting with the color changing, to the polymers, to the candy making and all the way to volcano. Kids had such a blast and were so engaged that the adults could chat with each other and had their lunch in peace. Big props to Shalini and Lia for keeping the kids super engaged. Kids loved their gifts and goodie bags. Ansh also loved his special b’day gift. Even week after his b’day he moves through the house carrying his two bottle whirlpool with him.
Overall, I would highly recommend inviting them for a b’day party. I know my five year old has already told me several times in one week that she wants the same people to come over for her b’day because she had such a blast too and wants all her friends to experience the same thing.

We had a science birthday party for my son’s 9^th birthday. The kids loved the hands-​on experiments that each of them got to do themselves. Shalini did a fantastic job in keeping 15 kids ranging in age from 6 to 9, engaged and excited about what was happening. They loved making space mud and gummy candy. The highlight of the party was the multiple large volcanoes that the kids got to make. All in all, it was a great birthday party, and now my younger son wants a science party for his next birthday!

For my daughter’s 8^th Birthday party, I was looking for entertainment
1.That would cater to wide age groups especially from 5 – 12 yr
2.That would involve some fun hands-​on experience
3.Reasonably priced to entertain the crowd for 1 – 1.5hr
That’s when I came across «Hightouch Hightech Science made fun» which does hands-​on science experiments and had several interesting packages that one could choose.
My daughter wanted the Crazy Chemistry party which involved making Fake snow, Glow in the dark balls, Gummy candies, Volcano eruption, etc. Shalini who entertained the kids was very patient, organized, and also explained in detail the process to the kids and totally kept them engaged. In fact, even the parents enjoyed the experiments. The stuff they made also made good return gifts and was a very memorable experience for my daughter and her friends.

High Touch High Tech science party by Shalini was just awesome. My 9 year old and her 20! friends had a blast and surely the best birthday party! The panning for gems, volcano eruption, making gummy drops were thoroughly enjoyed.
Shalini (a scientist herself) is very thorough, patient and keeps the group together, occupied and fun. Highly recommend her and my daughter wants her back for her 10^th birthday! Thanks Shalini for managing 20+ kids including ⁵⁄₆ year olds as well.

We found Biology Brad on Yahoo Search and booked him based on his reviews. He was terrific and was able to herd over 6 – 7 year olds and keep their attention for over an hour. Brad was a good teacher, a good presenter, and had interesting hands on experiments for the kids. From the parents perspective, he was easy to work with, really flexible on timing and booking, responsive when I had questions, and brought all of his own stuff and only needed water and tables from me. We highly recommend him!

Biology Brad was simply amazing. He kept 20 first grade boys and my preschool daughter engaged for 1 and ½ hours. All the kids truly enjoyed the hands on experiments while Biology Brad explained everything that made them have fun and learn at the same time. He was also a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Brad for any party/​school event! Biology Brad really made my son’s birthday truly memorable!

Biology Brad was wonderful! He gave my 10 yr old son (and 14 of his friends) an amazing party! It was engaging, intelligent and FUN! I highly recommend this company.

I have to agree with all the other reviews. Lidia drove out from across the bay and brought us a totally fun birthday party for my 8 year old. All the kids, ranging from 2 to adults had an awesome time panning for gems and blowing up the volcano! The goo was a great hit. Lidia had all the kids quietly (!) engaged in science and busy. highly recommend!

Fantastic! I was amazed at how engaged the kids were, a daunting feat with a gaggle of six year olds! I couldn’t be more pleased with Brad’s enlivening interaction with the kids. Hearing seventeen kindergarteners yell out «chemical reaction!» was a crack up. The parents and kids are still talking about the party. I couldn’t recommend Biology Brad more!

Biology Brad was excellent this past weekend with my son’s 5^th birthday party. The kids and parents both thoroughly enjoyed the show, and Brad is extremely engaging and entertaining keeping all interested while still learning something! He is also professional and very prompt and responsive to all my questions, and very patient with the kids. I highly recommend him for any event.

We have had Biology Brad High Touch High Tech party for our son who turned out 7. Biology Brad did more then a wonderful job. Not only the kids loved it but also the parents. Brad was keeping the kids engaged and he showed how fun science can be. The kids really enjoyed it and hoped the party was going on. We as the parents were talking about how great it would be to have a science teacher like Brad.
Most favorite act was the Vulcano and the crazy hair machine.
I really can recommend High Touch High Tech.

We have had 3 Mad Science parties and one Biology Brad High Touch High Tech party. Biology Brad did a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged and he had a lot of energy. The kids really enjoyed it and had a great time. Who doesn’t like messy goo, slimy, slippery things and exploding tubes?
Compared to Mad Science, this is more of a hand’s on experiment type, as opposed to Mad Science’s approach of presentation style with lots of volunteer helpers. Both approaches succeed in producing an entertaining and fun party activity. I asked my kids which was better & they said both were equally good.
Because Brad had so many experiments, it would have been really helpful if he had an assistant with him to help hand out the supplies, help the kids, etc. Because he was doing it all he by the time everyone had their supplies he was really rushed through the experiments themselves.
They do include goodie bags, but compared to the goodie bags from Mad Science (which do cost extra) they are sad. Many of the kids just put them right into the trash… sad but true. But I did not pay extra for them, so I would just say don’t count on them unless you are just not a goodie-​bag giving type of parent anyhow.
I do recommend them — it was a good time and Brad was a kind and animated presenter.

How do you know when your kid’s party is a success? When he gets slimed with foam from a volcano-​like experiment done by Biology Brad. He helped make our son’s 4^th birthday the best ever. We chose the Crazy Chemistry package (which went well with the Ghostbusters party theme) and the kids (ranging in ages from 4 to 17) absolutely loved it. Even the adults enjoyed watching the kids make candy, slime, ice necklaces and so much more. So much fun packed into one hour and fifteen minutes. The kids even got goodie bags! Can’t recommend High Touch-​High Tech enough! Thanks Biology Brad!

We just hosted a combined birthday party for our son and two of his classmates. In my first communication with Brad, I told him we would have 20 kids max at the party, but by the time the Evite RSVP’s were counted, we had over 30.
Well, Brad was awesome! He had no problem managing such a large group of mostly five to seven-​year-​old 1^st graders. He kept their attention for almost an hour and a half with rocket launches, gooey slime, gyroscopes, volcanoes, and panning for gems. All the parents loved him, and the kids had a blast!
I highly recommend «High Touch High Tech.» I’m telling all my friends about «Biology» Brad.

Biology Brad, owner and science teacher is fantastic. Really good teacher, relates to kids well, keeps them entertained and teaches stuff at the same time! What more could you want for your prince’s or princess’ birthday party? Tell the creepy clown to take a walk and get Biology Brad to edutain at your next birthday party!

High Touch High Tech did a fantastic job of keeping 17 children, ranging in age from 4 – 9 entertained! I loved the fact that the children were all learning something at the same time as they were being entertained. We launched rockets, panned for gems, made space goo and gummy candy. The goodie bags they provide are great and saved me the time and cost in preparing them myself. I would highly recommend them for a child’s birthday or any kind of party where there will be children. We will probably have them again next year and just do some different activities, they have so many to choose from. I had more compliments about this party than any other I have had and most of the parents asked for business cards from the Scientist before he left. It’s a fantastic way to celebrate! High Touch High Tech is amazing!
