Specialties

Catherine’s is nestled right in the heart of historic Saratoga Spa State Park. A local favorite right on the deck of the Victoria Pool! With plenty of poolside dining and a fully stocked pool bar, Catherine’s provides some of the best summer fun in town with an atmosphere that cant be beat.

We also play host as Club House to the award winning 18-hole Saratoga Spa Golf Course where you can grab a beer and a bite to eat before and after your round.

Our menu is designed to have a little something for all tastes. From signature salads, deli sandwiches, wraps and panini to amazing appetizers, specialty burgers and some of the best wings in town!

Catherine’s is a quick walk from The Spa little Theater and SPAC. Our customers enjoy being able to grab a bite to eat and some cocktails before a concert without breaking the bank with concert pricing, then walking over.

Catherine’s also hosts some of the most beautiful weddings in Saratoga…

History

Established in 2002.

Catherine’s has served as operator of the concessions at the Victoria Pool since 2002. We take pride in retaining the integrity of the 1930’s style atmosphere and will continue to provide local and visiting guests with enjoyable service as well as a fantastic summer experience far into the future.

Meet the Manager

John R.

Manager

John Rudd has worked in the restaurant industry since 1994 in N.Y. and O.R. After traveling west for school in Eugene and Portland Oregon he has landed back in his home town of Saratoga Springs N.Y. to operate within a facility he has regarded as one of his favorites in the country. John has approached the facility by utilizing its strengths as not only a fun summer hangout, but also as a hidden gem for concert and theater goers which he hopes will be a break for their wallets and a bit more convenient than the long concession lines you can find during the larger shows. «I could’t dream of living and working anywhere else in the country» he says… «look at what a beautiful drive to work I have everyday and all the people I’m surrounded by just having a good time. You can’t beat it.»
