Check engine light came on in my Mother in law’s car. Our regular mechanic suspected a catalytic converter problem and suggested Stacey’s would be a good place to call.
Phoned Stacey’s to make an appointment. The owner answered and suggested two simple steps to try that might solve the problem. Did as he suggested — problem solved!
I tip my hat to this man who fixed our problem over the phone. He could have easily charged us to look at the car but he suggested a solution that ultimately didn’t cost us a dime.
A refreshing experience and we are grateful for his helpfulness and integrity!
