As a Bradenton and Sarasota fishing guide, Rob understands that a day on the water means stalking the trophy fish of your dreams. Rob will work hard to make sure you have a fun filled day on the water and your time is not wasted.

Born and raised in Sarasota Florida Rob Gilbert’s earliest memories are spending time in his family’s tackle shop. Begging his father daily to let him skip school and come to work with him Rob learned to love a life on the water at a very early age.

Picking up a fly rod for the first time at the age of seven captain Rob remembers his grandfather teaching him the basics in the front yard of his home. As Rob got older he went on countless trips with his father learning how to target inshore species in his home waters of Bradenton, Sarasota Bay & South Tampa Bay, unknowingly grooming him to be an expert Fishing Guide.
