We are pleased to welcome you to Pomona Bistro and Wine Bar, located on North Orange Avenue at Citrus Square in Downtown Sarasota. The restaurant is designed and flavored by two of Sarasota’s most sought after chef-restaurateurs — executive chef Ryan Boeve and pastry chef Arthur Lopes, both of Zoria notoriety. We strive to offer the finest and freshest local ingredients in a varied menu that reflects the diversity of the chefs. Pomona’s purveyors include local farmers, ranchers and fishermen whenever possible. Organic produce is used, as well as grass-fed beef and seasonal wild-caught fish. Our small plates, salads, main plates and desserts are handcrafted every day by our chefs in an ever-evolving menu emphasizing the flavor of Florida’s nuanced seasons.
