Took 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Had to call them because the online system messed up my address and the number that was given had the address for another location in confirmation email. It took another 6 minutes to order pasta due to their inability to get my phone number(I’m from out of town for business gave my area code and it confused them) and trying to double my order. Tomorrow I think I’ll just get food from Walmart and snack all day. I waited to post this to see if their service improved took a hour for my food to arrive. And there were two of them. With no fork. The delivery guy said they were the right location. If they don’t know how are customers suppose to know.

Pizza Hut has been my go to pizza place since Little Ceasers fizzled to nearly no locations back in the day and when my local place didn’t move with me around the country. This pizza hut continously got my order wrong. But even then I considered it worth it, just annoying. THEN I did online ordering(something I had done with pizza hut in the past from other locations with great results). I was starving. I called them to see where my pizza was 2 hours later… apparently they had been out of chicken topping and called me to see if I still wanted the pizza and I said«No– cancel the whole order!» LIES! I had never had the phone ring. I was calm and polite while explaining and the girl took such a rude and uniterested attitude. She even used tone and language to imply I was lying and just trying to cause trouble. I wrote the manager a letter I was never responded too. I swore off Pizza hutt that day since I was so pissed, hurt, and disappointed. However obviously I had good service elsewhere so if Pizza Hut is your thing– find the next location.
