McDonald’s

Green haired girl was yelling, «Im fucking confused. «Customer service was non existent, oblivious that they were waiting on people. Employees were holding conversations. Dirty tables, dirty drink area, employees smoking right out side the main door (west side). I could go on.

Good food
For lunch today I went with their Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. The food was quite good, both the sandwich and fries were warm. It took just a little longer for the food to be dropped off on the counter than it took me to fill my drink.
My visit was problem free but I did notice another customer ignored at the counter when the cashier disappeared for a few minutes, even after he spoke up. Thought that could have gone better. The restaurant and the drink area were clean.

Service here is really lacking. I have been here a few times and always have to repeat my order over and over for the person to get the order correct. On top of that, service at the window isn’t any better. It would be helpful if the employees were friendlier and made sure that the order was correct. Also, it would be helpful if they learned how to use Apple Pay for those customers who want to use it as they do support Apple Pay.

Awful customer service, charged incorrectly, and given wrong order with no apologies. So rude.

Although there is a lady who is always nice that USUALLY works the drive through that doesn’t make up for the other woman who always gets my order wrong and the other girl who is extremely rude. We just went through the drive thru and after handing us our food and closing the window about five seconds later she opens the window and stares at me before saying «you missing anything.» Rude! Rude tone, body language, just plane attitude! Unfortunately I have experienced this at mcdonalds more than other restaurants. Would have been one star but the egg white delight is amazing!

–Service is so much more friendly and laid back compared to nyc.
–Their ice cream machine was out of service around midnight

–Grilled Cheddar Burger ($ 1) was decent. Lots of onions on top of a cheeseburger. The bun to ingredient ratio was poor. I could taste mostly the bleached, processed and sweetened bun.
–McDouble ($ 1) is more like it. Meaty and cheesy, this was better than the Grilled Cheddar Burger
–I ordered the cone but their machine was out of service. I opted for parfait but they were out of that as well. They offered me alternatives but I told them to surprise me. They gave me three chocolate chip cookies which turned out to be pretty decent. The chocolate chips were warm and melted which was great though I started to feel a bit sick after eating the second cookie.
