Our family-​owned BBQ stand, J & L BBQ in Sarasota, Florida, offers delicious, tender BBQ to our hungry customers. We also provide convenient catering services. Enjoy the best BBQ prepared from scratch each day. We make our own unique sauce, and cook our food in an open pit instead of a smoker.

Since 1965, our family-​owned-​and-​operated stand has been serving people from all around. We’ve heard from many customers who have been coming to us for 20 years. We are the first black-​owned BBQ stand in Sarasota. We recently moved and remodeled, but everything is still the same, the way our customers like it. Our location has one big picnic table that seats 8 – 10 people underneath the huge oak tree.
