At Royal Pennant we specialize in water based and discharge screen printing. While other print shops will charge a premium for this style of printing, it is our standard printing process. This method of apparel decoration is Eco-​friendly, PVC and pthalate free, making it a great alternative to traditional plastisol inks. Another benefit to water based inks is that they help create super soft handed and breathable prints because the ink becomes a apart of the fabric as opposed to plastisol inks which are heavy, plastic, rough feeling, and lay on top of the shirt. Chances are, if you’ve had custom printed shirts before, plastisol is what you’ve had.

We also offer custom embroidery and artwork digitizing in house. We take pride in delivering a high quality product and knew the only way we could assure this to our clients is if we did it ourselves.
