Stay clear of this place… they got me for a transmission rebuild that I didn’t even neeed… chuck is so shady. he lied numerous times and basically ripped me off for bout $ 850…ended with junkyard replacement trans not even my original unit… when I told him I was starting a case on him he laughed and said he’s won everytime !!! I guess hrs used to this… lol…don’t say you haven’t been warned… oh yea my problem turned out to be a bad motor mount but these guys just saw a mark when a new customer, me, came thru…

I would love to talk to the man who wrote the review below who goes by the name «Ryan.» You are only telling half the story sir. I am a secretary who has worked at the shop for multiple years and I practically grew up there. No one was smoking «bong loads» in the back of the shop and my father is a very dedicated worker who needs to focus on his work. And a play boy magazine don’t act like you don’t have one. That job was between you and the mechanic Stan. Not Charles so writing his business down like this is pathetic. Not to mention you came in the shop threatening Stan and Charles that if he doesn’t give you the money you would beat their ass. I read the messages you were sending Charles and they were nothing but rude and threatening. Obviously there was something else wrong with your car then what you had told them. The money situation could have easily been worked out if you wouldn’t have flipped out over 300 dollars. Also we had the money, I was holding your 300 dollars and you did not show up. That was your responsibility and you failed. Charles and Stan work very hard and you have written on bad review due to your immaturity and failure to act like an adult in this situation. The other reviews on here are nothing but good things about how great of a job they both do. One bad review will not ruin this business because one person who acted immature and handled things completely wrong then continues to be bitter when all of this could’ve been solved with a phone call and you would have your money. Charles was nothing but polite to you and if a man comes in and threatens you you would also want to «beat their ass.» You are right, you are just a kid and you shouldn’t be dealing with adults. Next time take your car somewhere else and treat them with a little more respect. I once again grew up in this shop and this is the first person I have ever encountered with such a terrible attitude. A car was parked far down the street and we were unable to move it. So we gave it a nudge with another car. The car did get a dent in it, but we fixed it and yes we did tell the owner. The owner didn’t care due to the fact we fixed it and if we were unable to fix it we would’ve paid for the damage. We never do that, it was one time because the car was so heavy we couldn’t move it and we wanted to put it in the shop over night so nothing would happen to it on the street. This shop provides amazing customer service. Charles has taken care of everyone I have brought to the shop, helping them out if they don’t have the money and making sure their car runs correctly. He is kind and will do anything for people who are in need. He will not stand for a kid coming into his business and threatening him. No one would.
