The work was done while I waited! I needed my Outlook file transferred from my old Laptop (that was about to die and had Outlook 2003 that shut down improperly half the time to my new Laptop running Outlook 2007) and the file contained the last 5 years worth of my business emails that I could not afford to lose. Needless to say I was a little nervous and had put off doing this for quite some time. The work was done quickly, with no issues and the price could not be beat. I called other stores that wanted to keep both my laptops for 2 to 3 business days and wanted 4 times the cost… Who can go without their work computer for even 2 hours?
The owner is honest and his pricing is very competitive. I was in the shop when he spoke to other customers and he was very honest about repairs and what was realistic and what was not.

The turn around time was amazing. I dropped off the laptop and it was ready 24 hours later! Everything was updated and cleaned. Couldn’t ask for better service or pricing, thanks Pep Geeks!
