So I was in need of a new break light bulb and Robert, the guy at the counter, assisted me right away. He asked for the model and make of my car and found the part I requested in minutes. He even took time out of his way to install the bulb on my car afterwards. I’m very pleased with the customer service at this store and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future auto part needs. Thank you O’Reilly’s!

Surprise, AZ
One of my headlights burned out and I needed a replacement. Cruised on down here and walked inside. I was greeted promptly, told the lady what I needed, she showed me a few options and I was on my way. The price was right and the shop looked to be very well stocked. I received extremely helpful service and I will come back again if I need some auto parts. That’s about it… not much else to say ;-)

I needed some shop towels that soak up moister well. After approaching the counter and asking the for some help, the attendant recommended the Scott’s brand. He was friendly enough, but was a little short with his response. They carry a variety of the Scott’s brand, but I needed some specifically for glass, and for $ 2.59, I was able to get a roll of 90 wipes. (

This particular location was well stocked and has plenty of parking. (
) The employees seemed to be plugging away at their business as I browsed the store. I was actually surprised that no one asked if I needed help as I aimlessly looked around before I asked for help.
Still, I got what I needed at a good price, so I was satisfied.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while.
Went to get 5qts of oil for my car, and noticed there was a sale.
The particular oil I wanted didn’t have a sale tag on it, so I took it to the girl at the counter to ask if it qualified for the sale.
She got a serious rude attitude, and when I started asking about the oil filter that I thought was supposed to come free with the sale, she started speaking rudely of me to the other sales associate and even dropped the F bomb when speaking about me. I told them no worries, I’ll just go to Auto Zone. Turns out there is an Auto Zone at the next traffic light. I would highly recommend going there instead of this place. Auto Zone explained the sale they had going on, (which was the same as Oreillys) gave me my oil filter, and even brought the oil to the register for me. Thanks Auto Zone!

I stopped in at O’Reilly Auto Parts today to pick up a light bulb before the local constable picks ME up for the burnt out tail light! They were Kragen until Kragen wasn’t cool, and they were bought out by O’Reilly recently, but the store is still basically the same, Kragen with a face lift. It’s clean and stocked to the gills, the counter staff is friendly and «part-​smart», and it’s conveniently located next to Wendy’s in the Santee Vons shopping center. Now if only they can put out the classic cars calendar in January like Kragen did, I may be a customer for life!
