Went in last night looking for parts and they didn’t have what I needed. The young lady Ardath I believe her name was found my part, a valve cover gasket, at lakeside and called and made sure they had it then she took care of me for the brake pads I needed and they already had. She hooked me up with the pads and good advice. Great customer service here. Only dropped one star because the app said the gasket was in stock there and it wasn’t.

If you need auto parts or to do a repair, even if you’re a novice, come here. Service is outstanding. The people who work here, a big shout out to Carlos, care. They will sell you only what you need and help you. They are experts in parts and customer service and I really appreciate them. My headlights went out on my husband’s prius. I thought I had it all figured out, but I didn’t. Carlos and his associate (a woman) came to my rescue and really helped me out. Especially since it was pitch black by the time I realized I needed two new headlight bulbs. I’ll try to give them my business whenever I can.

We pulled in here with a belt that fell off down the street. When we first got there I assumed the worst and that we’d have to be towed. The guys here went above and beyond helping us to fix it right there in the parking lot. We ended up home safely and so grateful for these guys who saved us a lot of headache and a lot of money!

Visiting Santee to catch my grandson’s baseball game yesterday, and as I was leaving to return home to Orange County, my cell phone charger stopped charging. Since I have no sense of direction whatsoever and had visions of being lost forever because my Waze had taken my phone’s power to 20%, I was relieved to see an Autozone on the way to the freeway. I walked in with my panicked, ‘Help me somebody!’ face, and that’s when I met an amazing salesperson named Ardith (sp). She came out to the car, pulled the fuse box, found the burned fuse, showed me the right fuse to buy and installed it for me! All this as she completed another transaction, answered a customer call, and helped a customer outside!
Autozone should clone this stellar salesperson-​seriously!

Been coming here for a while and just thought to review them,
I just l lost a fine thread metric nut that was on my 2002 Chrysler van!
The nice counter guy took me to the correct hardware display and gave me his best guess. He said take it to your car and see if it’s correct! It was very close but slightly coarse pitch. So I went back in and found the correct one.
Since I used to be a ‘factory’ mechanic I have NEVER received this level of support from a ‘walk in’ auto supply!

Wow service has really gone down hill! 15 min to let me dump oil then people who don’t know their products. Sad.

I went in on a Sunday to get my battery charged and I never expected to have an amazing time at a auto store. Ardath Swaney the parts manager is awesome. Ardath, my girlfriend and I were making jokes and laughing the whole time. I will seriously only go now When she is working because she was very helpful, polite and funny.

This is a pretty good Autozone and larger than some of the others I’ve been to. I came in looking for an air filter my car.
My car is fairly new, so I was not surprise that it was not on the shelf. I went to the counter inquire and the attendant looked it up, I learned that it need to be special ordered for a fairly high price, higher than I seen it on line, I decided to go that route instead.
Given I was there, I picked up some window cleaner and micro fiber towels. The window cleaner came to around $ 3 and the towels around $ 4. The cashier attendant was friendly enough and efficient.
Nice Autozone.

So I get a call first thing in the morning that my boyfriend’s car battery is dead and he needs a new one. I walked in to AutoZone not sure what I needed, and before I could even stumble through the aisles to figure it out, a customer service rep asked me what I needed, got it all together and in my car, and sent me on my way. Probably my most painless car parts experience ever! I wish my dealings with mechanics were as smooth!

Gotta go with 3 stars… sometimes very good. Sometimes very bad. It really depends on the crew in there at the time. The really «husky» guy with his pants sagging and wearing his hat like a Malibu’s most wanted cast member is pretty annoying. I guess its just your average Autozone.

Got to give them credit. Ive been in a lot of autozones, and this one is one of the better ones. The store manager is Dion, and he is super friendly and knows his stuff.
The store is well kept, and any customer service issues are handles promptly (never had a negative one!).
A+ in my book… FISH ON DION!

The store was packed when I walked in. I thought about turning around and walking out, but first took a quick lap around the store. It didn’t seem quite so busy when I made my way back to the front so I waited and was quickly helped. The man behind the counter was very helpful and went over various options but didn’t keep going once I’d selected something. I appreciated knowing the options without enduring pushy up-​selling.
And then — AND THEN! — he came out and changed the bulb for me. Now I’d been coached in advance by a coworker who said if I dressed cute and batted my eyes they’d do it for me. I’d was prepared to work this because the guy friend I was most likely to ask for help tends to cause floods when fixing things and if I tried myself it would more likely than not result in a fire. But mister stranger car man didn’t even require the flirting. I feel certain he would have helped me if I was an ugly smelly fat man. Well, that might be going a bit far.
The point is that even with a packed store they were quick, attentive, and helpful and I will definitely go back.
