Tech Assist 101

I needed help with setting up a new PC. Had database issues related to specific programs. Jon Really Helped Me Out quickly. Computer skilled techs are a dime a dozen… however one that has good listening skills for what the customer needs is rare. I reccomend Jon and tech assist 101

I needed two computers diagnosed to see which parts were working and which parts weren’t. Tech Assist let me come in that day and had my computers diagnosed the next day. There was some miscommunication as to what I needed, so they spent extra time trying to get the computers up and running, but when I pointed out that the price was more than I expected, they were willing to bring the price to something I was happy to pay. They even recommended parts to replace and offered to find parts online for me and email me the links. Ultimately, their diagnosis was accurate and my desktops are up and running. I will return to them for all of my computer needs and recommend them to anyone that needs help.

Jon was very helpful. He knew I couldn’t be without my laptop for long, so he fixed it the same day. The price was very reasonable. I will be going back soon to have my laptop upgraded. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I contacted John once my Acer All in One Died. His place was a little hard to find. Once there, he diagnosed the problem, got parts, installed them and then reinstalled the OS within 48 Hrs; his price was very reasonable and he kept me updated with progress. My computer now works better than new.
John is the one you want to take your broken computer to. Highly recommended.

OMG… I’ve died and gone to computer repairman heaven. I know absolutely NOTHING about the inner workings of my computer and when it started to perform poorly I had no clue what to do. I read all the Unilocal reviews and Jon Kennedy’s just seemed to be the best. He is amazing. He told me he’d call me in the morning and he did just that… he is so knowledgeable and instills a sense of competency that made me feel like my little computer was going to turn out just fine… the best part is that I didn’t have to mortgage my home to pay for it! Took in my macbook pro to get it backed up. They were fast, did a great job and prices are right! Would def recommend this place. Best of all no waiting time! Give them a call.

What a find. The team helped us with hardware for the new office at extremely reasonable costs. They were professional and easy to work with. And as a bonus, we have made use of their tutoring services. They are now my #1 first thought to go to for anything computer both for the office and for home. Added bonus is that they also have a very experienced tech to set up or help with home theater type systems. And it’s all one stop shopping. After more than a year of fighting a poor Comcast connection, we found Jon from TechAssist101 and asked him to come and fix our home office network.
Jon solved all connection and network problems in two hours, and gave us a lot of tips for improving the Internet speed in the house. I still cannot believe the fact that I FINALLY have an internet connection that works, and it does not need to be unplugged or reset over 10 times a day. I am very grateful to Jon for everything he did!
