The best breakfast pastries in the Santa Rosa area. I thought they only did deserts and cakes but there is more in this store than what meets the eye from the street.

I was speechless when I saw the retirement cake she made for my co-​worker! Everyone was commenting on how beautiful it was. You by far exceeded my expectations! Thank you very much. I will be back again.

We had an assortment of cupcakes for our Anniversary. THE BEST cupcakes ever! So moist and the frosting was not too sweet !! Such a cute little shop too!

The BEST Fruit Basket cake that I have ever had. I am not a fan of fruit basket cake, but my friend is … and it was her birthday. I decided to support Sweet Cakes, with the hope that she would create fruit basket magic. And, she did! The white cake, the fresh fruit, the whipped cream frosting … all delicious!
The 6″ cake easily fed 8 people. Worth every penny! Thank you!

Sweet Cakes provided us with the most perfect wedding cake! Not only was it absolutely delicious! (we have received SOOO many compliments on the cake!) It was beautiful. We had to do our wedding on a budget, and needed a cake that could feed 200 people. We couldn’t afford a ton of fancy decorations on the cake. Sweet Cakes decorated the sides simply, and our cake was elegant & beautiful. I can’t thank them enough, and can not say enough good things about them! Highly recommend them and we cannot wait til our 1 year anniversary to eat the top tier!

I came into the shop unsure what I needed for a baby shower cake for 40 people. Jeannette was very helpful in showing me examples and suggesting flavors. We ordered a half sheet, lemon cake with buttercream frosting and some fondant accents. We were very happy with what it looked like and even more happy when we tasted it! We’ll be back anytime we need a cake or special baked goods.

I love to support local business, especially ones near my home.
Purchased two items — a brownie cookie and a HUGE brownie. Both were amazing and delicious. Both were things that I would purchase and then take home and pass off as my own baking. They were that good and do not taste commercial.
Also they had a beautiful selection of wedding cakes and birthday cakes, but since I;m already married, I’ll have to wait until February for my next birthday.

This is a great bakery and they do incredible custom cakes! I had a custom order cake done for my sister’s nursing graduation — they made the cake look like a scrub shirt with nursing tools, and also did 2 dozen cupcakes with nursing designs. The cake and cupcakes were not only beyond adorable, they also tasted great and were very reasonably priced! I stop in frequently to satisfy my sweet tooth — the scones are a great breakfast treat and there’s a great variety of items to choose from. If you haven’t already tried this place, make sure to check it out!

I had an amazing cake made here for my sisters baby shower. It was a fantastic topsy turvy whimsical fairy cake. It looked amazing, tasted even better and was the highlight of the party! The owner of the bakery is so sweet and nice. Highly recommend this place.

So we walked in never having been here before and what a great looking bakery. I love the cakes on display and makes me want to buy one!
We talked with Jeannette about doing a bulk order for a get together we are having and how we wanted to try the Big Red and Mocha Joey. Well we wanted to order 2 of each to try them with a couple friends of ours before deciding about our bulk order. She only had 1 Big Red left and after explaining what we wanted to try and purchase this afternoon she quickly ran into the back and whipped up 3 more cupcakes to complete our order.
After talking to Jeannette for a bit we found out she was the owner and very friendly. The cupcakes were delicious and the Mocha Joey was by far our favorite. However, the Big Red has an amaretto frosting which is was AMAZING and not the normal regular cream cheese frosting. We are still deciding what to do; but while doing so just may have to make it back in to try other flavors as well as the many other baked goodies!

Unilocal’d this place, reviews caught my eyes. When my daughter and I went in, we were in a rush to get some gluten free treats for a friend. After leaving we decided to go back after our get together. We went back just as we said and got a couple of treats and looked around. First it looked so cute in the shop and the sweets look amazing. We got a couple of cupcakes and a mini torte. On our way home to enjoy our sweet treats my friend, who we bought the GF treats for, text and said how amazing the treats were. My daughter and I couldn’t wait to get home and dig in. And man we were not disappointed!!! This place is awesome, delicious!!! Well priced to boot. We will certainly be returning next time we need a cake for a party are just a sugar high. I will for sure recommend this to friends and family.

I am a big fan of this little gem of a bakery. My only reserve for the last star is sometimes the frosting is too sweet for my taste buds. Otherwise, this is a stellar little bakery tucked in the Molseberry’s shopping center.
I am gluten free, so I cannot have all the delicacies that await one’s sweet tooth; however, the bakery does a bang up job to help us GF folks feel like part of the party. The owners recognize the growing need for GF and are always adding items to their menu that can be enjoyed by GF and non-​GF folks. There is literally a selection to chose from! Cookies, cakes, bars, cupcakes, muffins, It is nice to be able to go in bakery and not be sequestered to only a cookie.
For those non-​GF induldgers, believe you me, this is a quality stop in your search for sweets. Mini-​cakes that are adorable and feed 2 generously and up to 4 if sharing multiple cakes. Cupcakes galore, scones, cookies, bars, fresh baked breads, custom fancy cakes, brownies, and more delectable treats.
Price point is great, very average. Individual items are about $ 3/​each and mini-​cakes are about $ 6. I have yet to order a full cake, so unsure on those prices.
I appreciate supporting a local business, the super friendly owners, and their genuine care for all of their clientele.

I bought way too many of their cute and delicious desserts. My family was forced to eat parfaits, a mini chocolate cake that was very moist, rich and delicious, an éclair… luckily we had friends to help us and put a couple in the fridge for later. The presentation of the desserts is really whimsical and fun. That they actually taste good, too. This is a new spot to add to my mid afternoon pick me up sugar fix locales.

I wanted to order a custom layer cake for my dad’s birthday. Jeannette was super helpful on the phone and made several suggestions regarding flavors, colors, etc. The cake we received was beautiful and light. No heavy cakes here. And the buttercream frosting wasn’t too sweet as it so often can be. My only comment is that I had asked for the frosting to be hazelnut flavored and if it was, it was so light that I could hardly tell.
While I was waiting for my cake to be boxed up, I noticed a small tiered white cake with fondant maple or oak leaves on it that was sitting on a counter off to one side. When I remarked how pretty it was, I was told that it was for a wedding later that day and that it was going to be a surprise for the bride. Apparently, for budgetary reasons, the bride had had to order a smaller cake than she originally wanted. The owner of the bakery contacted the family and found out what sort of cake the bride had originally wanted, and made it for her for the same price as the layer cake she had originally ordered. That kind of service goes a long way in my book and I will definitely be back to this bakery.

After reading reviews I was still very happy with the visit here. The cupcakes and the brownie we had were both fantastic. They also appeared to have some neat cake designs for special occasions. The owner was incredibly friendly, and offered suggestions of things to do in Sonoma and we talked for 15 minutes.

This little bakery recently expanded to a new location and along with the new location they now offer additional baked goodness. I stopped in today to purchase a special birthday treat for one of my coworkers and was happy to see the shop offers these personal size cakes that are great for sharing with one other person. They are cute and a nice change of pace from the traditional cupcake. I also noticed the shop bakes bunt cakes that can be purchased by the slice, cookie bars and many other delightful glutinous delicacies.
The cakes are moist and delicious with a variety of flavors to choose from.
