Space Invaders Trapping & Exclusion

What an amazing experience. Late last night my wife was totally freaked out cause we heard little nails scurrying along our ceiling. Worse part is it was right over our daughters bed! I woke up bright and early to call a few places in hopes of getting someone out today! After a few calls, I decided to go with Ryan. He sounded very nice on the phone and was interested in solving our problem. He showed up a few hours after our call, right on time and ready to identify the potential entry point of the uninvited guest. The price he quoted for the inspection, trapping and repair was super competitive too, compared to the other quotes I got earlier in the day. I told him to go ahead and do what he had to do. Ryan scoured our attic and looked in our crawl space. He was very thorough in trying to pinpoint any and all entry points. He was very knowledgeable and provided lots of details on how Rats and Mice think. This guy really knows about critters. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the service provided. and aside for that he is a really really nice guy too. All you could hope for in a business, local, expertise, courteous, customer service focused and reasonably priced. Thank you Ryan!

We just purchased a home in Santa Rosa, and an inspection revealed rat droppings in the attic. There was a strong odor coming from the attic area as well. Ryan came to investigate and he critter proofed our attic. He closed off any entry points under our house as well. I was so relieved that Ryan also had a non-​toxic solution for the odor. What a relief to have the attic cleaned and buttoned up against future invasions. Ryan noticed that our insulation was installed upside down in the attic. We were prepared to pay extra to fix the problem, but Ryan suggested that we wait until spring because we have a combination of many different types of insulation. Ryan is forthright, honest, and reliable. His prices are quite reasonable, and he is an excellent communicator. We definitely plan to ask Ryan back to get his advice about our insulation in the spring.

Opened a Unilocal account just so I could write a review about Space Invaders and Ryan, the owner. We had a problem with rats getting into our crawl space and causing destruction (tore off air duct insulation). Ryan was the ONLY one who called me back on a Sunday (and I called many companies). Although he was not able to come out that day due to a prior commitment, he did make an appointment for the next morning and arrived promptly. He searched the entire crawl space, the perimeter of my home outside, roof, everywhere searching for an entry point. He came up with a couple possible openings and sealed them. He then set several traps in my crawl space and told me to call him in a few days (or sooner if a rat was caught). Sure enough, a rat was trapped and he came out to retrieve it. He did this on a day where he already had an appointment to drive all the way north up to Ukiah, but decided to come south (20 minutes or so OUT OF HIS WAY) to get the rat for us, even when I told him it would be okay to wait until the next day. Now that’s customer service! He came back again a few times more for us (even on a day when he had plans with his family!), either to check the traps or catch another rat. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this kind of service from anyone ever. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I only opened a Unilocal account just so I could post this review because Ryan definitely went above and beyond to help us with our rat problem. All seems quiet now under the house, so it looks like a job well done! I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone with critter problems.

Ryan came on time and investigated the crawl space under the house. He really went above and beyond. He pointed out that I was missing several vents and that there was a bunch of dryer lint under the house. I originally called him to remove a raccoon from under the house. He found the entry point of the raccoon and fixed the the vent.
