We specialize in high quality vape gear and liquids. Everything we carry down to the coils are 100% authentic. Here you will find quality over quantity. Our philosophy is that if you provide fewer options that are exceptional, it makes for a more pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

We are also truly a lounge. Come in, ask questions, help out the new vaper, or just hang out. All experience levels and vape styles are welcome.

History

Established in 2014.

A couple of vape enthusiasts got together and decided to buy an existing vape shop with hopes of bringing Sonoma County its first high end vape lounge. We really aim to create a non competitive vaping community by only carrying juice lines that our fellow vape shops don’t already provide. We also offer an industry wide discount. We love vaping and wanted to open a shop that expressed our passion for this industry.

I have been to smoke and mirrors numerous times. I try to stop by every other Friday and pick up my juice and chat with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. There isn’t a vape related question that they cannot answer. Great products, they carry many big name juices as well as local juice as well. They also carry authentic mods from under $ 100 all the way up to the high end mods. All around great atmosphere and awesome energy combined with amazing products makes for a 5 star in my book.

Best people ever. I stopped by when I saw the store and decided I want to walk in. People here are knowledgeable and have great patience! I spent a few hours of my time there just interacting with the staff. They even let me try a lot of the flavors and taught me a thing or two about vaping. Great prices and customer service is the name of their game. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in town. Oh yeah, I heard they’re gonna start a «things customers say» board. Should be great.

Every one here is super chill. Prices are on point and there always willing to help out and recommend amazing flavors. They bring out a new line of juice every week. Talk to tone, one of the shops owners. She’ll help you out.

Granted I’ve only been in a few times, definitely give this place a go! They have a comfy and intriguing setup, making you feel at ease and ready to learn or taste some flavors. Tone, the black lady, is super sweet and willing to answer your questions. She also gives, LITERALLY, the best hugs. The other employees are dope too. Everybody dope, every chair dope, the juices dope… dope. And aain’t nobody drunk…
Obviously the people who gave this place one star are crotchety. This ain’t Wal-​Mart, you can’t return items willy nilly expecting to get away with bs. Any vape shop is like this so don’t let those people discourage you.
I deducted a star because I hate it when the room is pure smoke and you can barely breathe haha but all vape shops are like that… so I’ll put it back to five.
Keep up the good work you guys! Seriously.

Worst place ever to get your product… I got ripped off. spent good money and the sales guy who I forgot his name but has a big beard put mine and my girlfriends e cig together and the put his dirty ass lips on both of them and showed us on are brand new $ 200+ dollar ecigs how to use .i think he was drunk because I saw few empty beers behind counter and after that bad experience a month f*cking later battery fell apart… the owner had the nerve to tell me it was my fault and they wouldn’t replace. repair or help me in anyway …do me a favor spread the word and get me a new vapor shop cause this place can suck it… share this post spread it around… these owners will feel this back your f*cking product you sell !!!

The owners of this shop are incompetent and rude. I purchased a mod from here, and was told by an owner I could bring it back, so when I realized it was cracked I did and it was BROKEN. I was then told that I could NOT return it. As I was told that they wouldn’t follow through with their «policy» I became angry, being treated as though I’m a child and being lied to by business OWNERS themselves is completely wrong. They do not stand behind their own words! This is completely absurd and their name is completely fitting! Its all smoke and mirrors, lies and cheats.
The comment made by the owner clearly shows her arrogance and shifty approach to business. Please do not shop here. There are many alternatives with much better products, customer service and prices.

Since this place opened in December it has quickly become my go to vape shop. Great atmosphere, great selection of authentics, and amazing juices meant for serious vapers. The staff is knowledgeable on all facets, and are really focused on getting the right set up for the individual. They are so friendly you won’t want to leave, and you don’t have to, the couches are great for hanging out and learning a few things.

Smoke and Mirrors is hands down the BEST vape shop I have ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. The owners are both fantastic, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great place to come learn about everything vape related for newbies, or to just come chill for anyone who already vapes! Their flavor menu is by far the most unique I have seen, they definitely have a flavor for everyone! Seriously, go check it out!

Great selection, great product. I was impressed with everything from top to bottom. The owners are onsite to answer any questions one may have. They have a vape bar on site to try out any flavor before you buy, which i found very helpful. Definitely continuing to take my business here
