History

Established in 2002.

Dr. Alavi has been practicing in Santa Rosa for over 10 years.

Dr.Alavi has continued to further his education by taking numerous continuing education courses in the fields of TMJ dysfunction, cosmetic dentistry, and full-​mouth reconstruction.

Dr. Alavi views his patients as part of his extended family and treats them with respect and love they in taking care of all of their dental needs.

Dr. Alavi is a graduate of USC School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, CA

Class of 1999. He grew up in San Luis Obispo and the Silicon Valley. Shortly after completing his D.D.S. degree, he opened his dental office in Santa Rosa. He is married and has three wonderful kids.

Dr.Alavi volunteers his time at Santa Rosa Junior College providing dental treatment for children and with Freedom Day USA where active duty personnel and veterans receive free dentistry.
