Pristine Clean can clean more than just carpets! I also can clean tile & grout, upholstery, and area rugs (either at your home or at an off site rug cleaning plant). Pristine Clean specializes in listening to the customer’s needs and concerns in order to adapt the cleaning methods and chemistry to fit those needs and concerns. I also excel at educating the customer on the best way for them to maintain the beauty of their carpets and upholstery in between professional cleanings. My customers appreciate the fact that I always answer my phone and am available to them at all hours if they have a question or concern. I pride myself in running a referral based business, and in order to do that, I must exceed every customer’s expectations in order for them to feel comfortable in referring me to their family and friends.

History

Established in 1996.

Pristine Clean was established by Frank Ammirata in 1996. Frank did an amazing job building a well respected carpet cleaning business. Dennis Parlett purchased Pristine Clean in May of 2007 with the goal of continuing Pristine Clean’s excellent reputation. As the owner and sole operator, I am proud to say that I continue to serve almost all of Frank’s original customers as well as growing a valuable customer base year after year.

Dennis Parlett began working in the carpet cleaning business at the age of 15. I have worked for several carpet cleaning companies since then, and have a clear understanding of the right ways and the wrong ways to service my customers. I am a Journeyman Textile Cleaner certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in; Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Stone, Masonry, and Ceramic Tile Cleaning, and Odor Control. Pristine Clean is recognized as a Certified Fim by the IICRC
