Good effort made to be onsite by the end of the day. Estaban drove the rooter and got our clog cleared. All our fixtures were backing up, it was ugly

Not cheap but worth it. Ongaro guys came out on time and diagnosed my water heater problem quickly. We had to order a replacement part (under warranty) from Rheem. When it came out, Estaban came in as scheduled and discovered there was another part that needed replacement, He provided it from his truck at no charge and asked that we just give a call when Rheem delivered the replacement part, and they’d come and pick it up. So we had hot water that night instead of waiting a couple days. Thanks!
